Flatio, Porches - alojamiento por unos meses

As a landlord, I love Flatio! I have done some searches for places to stay myself, and I wish that Flatio would not list as destinations countries or cities where Flatio does not have any listings at all, as I have spent some time clicking through to various regions or cities only to find that there are zero homes on the Flatio platform in that area (for example - Canada, Curaçao, or the Dominican Republic). Perhaps you could at least put the number of listings beside the destination name (even if the number of listings is zero), or make a section for future Flatio destinations to let owners who have properties in those regions know that Flatio would like to carry listings for those specific destinations. FYI there are some plum markets in Canada where short term vacation rentals are being regulated out of the market, leaving strong opportunities for mid-term rentals. Might be worth some marketing dollars! I'm doing my part to spread the word. Keep up the good work!

It is easy to navigate the site. All the pertinent info on the property is there and clearly presented. Flatio policies are clearly stated and explained. Best part, is you get an actually official lease agreement in English and the language of the country where you are renting. AND utilities are included in the price. So easy!!
