During our recent month-long stay with Home Holidays, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality from the moment we arrived. Roberto went above and beyond by being at the location even earlier than our agreed check-in time, ensuring that we felt welcomed and attended to from the get-go. The apartment was clean and nicely prepared for our arrival. Nestled just a short distance from the vibrant main street of Oura and the inviting beach, the apartment provided the perfect balance between serenity and convenience. While the proximity to the bustling street occasionally brought some noise, it didn't overshadow the overall charm of the area. What truly set our experience apart was the exceptional service provided by Home Holidays. Roberto and the team were always on hand to address any inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring that our stay was as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction, leaving a lasting impression. We would definitely come back and stay at one of the Home Holidays locations.

Staying in this apartment on Madeira for over two months with my wife and daughter, we couldn't have asked for a more homely experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the apartment wasn't just a place to stay; it was a home away from home. Equipped with everything we needed for day-to-day living and more. We were pleasantly surprised to find amenities such as a baby cot, potty, and high chair for our daughter, which we hadn't even requested. The apartment itself was a gem. It exceeded our expectations, which were already high from the photos we had seen online. Featuring two terraces with breathtaking views of the ocean. These views became a part of our daily lives, from enjoying morning coffees to witnessing stunning sunsets, each moment was a delight. We sincerely hope to return to this apartment in the future. It's rare to find a place that not only meets but exceeds your expectations, providing not just accommodation but a memorable and enriching experience. This apartment on Madeira did just that, and we look forward to the day we can come back.

Byt, paní Kláry J. je útulný a velmi dobře řešený. Bydleli jsme v něm s přítelem dlouhodobě a cítili jsme se tam jako doma. Byt je skvěle vybavený a v nejlepší dostupnosti veškerých služeb i parku a zeleně. Paní Klára J. je skvělá a zodpovědná majitelka. Vždy vše vyřešila jak nejlépe mohla k naší nejlepší spokojenosti. Takového majitele si člověk přeje. Bydlení 100% doporučujeme.

We had a good stay at this apartment. It's really close to public transport, which was super convenient. The apartment itself was spacious and practical, fitting our needs well. However, sometimes the owner was slow to respond to messages, which was a bit of a downside. Overall, we enjoyed our accommodation. It was unfortunate that we had to leave earlier than planned due to personal reasons.

Marketa is always nice, available and welcomed us with easter decorations and some gifts in the flat. Every time there was a problem with the flat, she came as soon as possible to fix it.

Excellent apartment! We stayed at Hugo’s place for almost seven weeks and it was perfect for our needs. The apartment had all the amenities, including a monitor, fast wifi for two person doing video calls and workstation for remote work. Kitchen had all the appliances and bedrooms and bathrooms were well equipped. The terrace on the top of the building offered great views and was a perfect place for a lunch time swim and sunbathing. Neighbours were and the whole neighbourhood was friendly and quiet. We will definitely stay at Hugo’s again if we will come back to Funchal.

Great place! The apartment was just newly renovated and everything is modern! Location is surpricingly quiet and is really convenient for trams/metro. Highly recomend!

Simple but comfortable single room. Also fairly well-lit as its window looks on a reasonably spacious (but super-quiet) street. That is not the case of the common spaces (living room, kitchen) though, which may get a bit darker, but no big deal at all.

Jorge is the best host in our entire experience of 10 years of continuous travel. From the first message, Jorge provided detailed answers to all our questions. He provided invaluable assistance in obtaining a D visa to Portugal (made contract, made registration in Financas and so on); it is difficult for me to describe all the moments in which he proved himself not only as an excellent landlord, but also as a wonderful person. Thank you so much! I’ll tell you in more detail about the points that interest most tenants. We discussed check-in time with Jorge, but we were delayed for a couple of hours and arrived closer to midnight. Jorge and his wife met us at the apartment, gave us the keys and told us more about the apartment. By the way, they gave us a portuguese gift, which was so nice. For any question, he gave quick answers on WhatsApp and Flatio, even those that did not relate to the apartment. And he not only gave answers, but also helped us few times and still helping after we move out. The apartment is located on a slight hill five minutes walk from the historical center and the beach of Sesimbra. The place is quiet and with good friendly neighbors. View on the hills and trees. The sun light comes to apartment in the second part of the day. There is a free parking space in front of the house. The apartment is decorated in a minimalist style, very nice. There is everything for a comfortable life, from kitchen utensils to cleaning items. Fast Internet, Smart TV. There is a convenient place to work on a laptop/computer. The bedroom has roller shutters, which is convenient. I really recommend Jorge place in Sesimbra!

The place is excellent. It is perfectly equipped and furnished. I had everything is needed. The location is a bit outside of a city, but it is very calm and quite. There are two large supermarkets nearby and actually all necessary infrastructure. Alexandra is the best host I could even imagine. Overall I had a great stay.

Ksenia is a wonderful person and a great landord. If there's any issue, she will do everything in her power to sort it out as soon as possible and will offer many alternatives. I felt very welcome in her home, which is clean, comes equipped with what you need and is warm enough for the cold season.

It's a nice flat, really practical. We loved the location, easy to reach the public transport, but very little traffic.

We stayed a couple of weeks for smartworking and felt at home. Luis immediately gave us directions to places to see and where to eat, and as soon as we arrived mum brought us a very good banana helmet. We'll be back, sure.
