The flat looks was better than on the pictures - it is spacious, nice and beautifully equipped. The area Marvila is also very nice - right across the flat there is a nice brewery, another small coffepoints and a small supermarket run by very nice people. The area is supersafe, no noise during the night. You can walk to Parque das Nacoes across the riverside, which is about 15 minutes away. The bus is 5 mins away, the flat is located between 2 train stations. We arrived in the winter and it was cold during the night, so the landlord immediately provided us with additional heater and a coffeemachine.

Sophie was very communicative and responsive. She greeted us upon arrival and leaving and was very generous with her space and things. The flat was new, well heated, clean, spacious and comfortable.

The location is really good, everything is near. the hood is really cute and close to a city center. metro and tram station are in front of the building. you have supermarkets in front of the building (Alber, Billa, Lidl), there are cute coffe shops (KAAVA, LOFT) and u have Starbucks. the apartament is really cute and it is even better then in photos, it has great vibe. and Andrea was really nice and helpful. would recommend this place 10/10

We found the apartment very cozy and the location superb. João was a great host: he was easy to communicate with and offered his help throughout the stay. We enjoyd our stay in Lisbon and have nothing but good to say about the apartment and the host!

Had a wonderful stay with Ema - she made me feel at home and was so helpful from translating for me to lifts to even inviting me to go to Christmas lunch with her family, which was much appreciated being alone in a new city. The house is lovely - you have everything you need including regular fresh towels and bedding which is a luxury. And the cherry on top is the company of a very sweet black cat!

The flat is in a great location, during the stay we had a couple of minor issues and the company managing the flat was very quick and helpful with resolving them. I would definitely recommend them and use the flat again.

Lovely apartment in a quiet suburb minutes from all the main attractions. Clean and safe with all the necessaries to make for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed! Great rental service with clear communication whenever needed. Initial booking was quite a hack but once booked - all seamless. Great mirrors throughout apartment which is often a thing rentals never seem to have. Vacuum and washing machine worked perfectly too. Great for longer length stays. Only down sides - there are no windows in the living area. TV is also not a smart TV which meant using my laptop for Netflix etc. Thank you team BirdBnB - x

The flat itself is very spacious and comfortable. It was a good option for us as students, and the space worked very well for us. However, we were not at all happy with its condition when we arrived. Despite each of us paying a 270 euro service fee, when we arrived the flat was dirty, many things were broken, and there were only two sets of keys available for the three of us. Several cupboards were unusable as they were filled with clutter and broken items, the floors were unswept, there was hair everywhere, and the bedding was crumpled up and unwashed. My flat mate even had a bad reaction to the sheets which went away as soon as she washed them herself. The metal window blind in my room was defective and became stuck down, blocking any natural light. When I reported this to the landlord, Ms Tucker suggested it was not a problem as I could just sit in the living room instead, and then said I should try to find a Czech repairman myself despite this being expressly her responsibility as the landlord. Furthermore, soon after our arrival the main front door was damaged in an attempted break-in. Instead of inquiring after our welfare, Ms Tucker’s reaction was to suggest that we could be responsible for breaking in through our own front door. When it came to our second rent payment, there was a short delay in the money crediting to Ms Tucker’s account due to international transfer delays that we were not aware of. Despite me sending her evidence of the pending transaction, she threatened with terminating the lease, causing great stress to my flat mates and me. Finally, when Ms Tucker came round at the end of the tenancy she treated us with suspicion and disrespect. The flat had already been restored to a better condition than it was it in when we arrived, but she told me ‘people like you’ always come round and break things, blaming me for the faulty window blind that was already broken when we arrived. I had kept one radiator on in the house as I had one more night left and it was snowing, but she called me ‘foolish’ and ‘ridiculous’ for doing so. In summary, we did enjoy living in the flat but the experience was made much worse by Ms Tucker’s treatment of us. We believe that Flatio should consider if she is willing to fulfil her responsibilities as a landlord or treat her tenants with respect. In our experience, this was not the case.

we spent 3 months in Vaclava's flat and we didn't have any problem. Strongly recommended! (better option is for a couple, but even two friends can stay since there is a huge sofa-bed in the living room).

Čistý, krásný byt se skvělým vybavením, v domě slušní sousedé a klid, 5 min pěšky na městskou pláž, poblíž Lidl a Carrefour. Velké plus v domě krásné fitness, bazén a hlavně k dispozici garáž. Skvělá komunikace s majitelem, určitě rádi přijedeme znovu.

Perfect ! Diana was a great owner, always available and very responsive! The flat was also very well equipped and very well located. Everything was very good.

Affordable, decent apartment. It's not luxury, but if you are like me and just want a clean, safe place for a temporary stay, then this apartment is a great option. Most of all, it's very convenient. It's mere steps away from the tram, there are two potraviny stores within a moment's walk, there are two albert supermarkets (one a ten-minute walk, the other in the courtyard of the building), and a friendly pub. It looks far from the city centre on a map, but I could be in Prague 1 in 25-30 minutes by tram.

It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The apartment itself was impeccable—clean, cozy, and perfect for our family. The complex amenities were a true highlight, especially for our 7-year-old daughter. Having restaurants within reach was incredibly convenient and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Moreover, Tanya’s prompt and helpful responses to our inquiries made our experience even more delightful. Her assistance and guidance were truly appreciated and made us feel welcomed and at home. We had an incredible time in Madeira, largely thanks to fantastic accommodations and hospitality. We look forward to returning and creating more beautiful memories in the future.
