Es gab nur eine Putzkraft und bei Ausfall dieser wurde keine andere Person geschickt.
Die Geschirrspülmaschine wurde leider innerhalb von zwei Monaten nicht repariert.

I do love it . this is a lovely place, spacios , two bathrooms, central lovated.
The furnitures design is beautiful art deco style. I like the coffee maker machine and kitchen. All full equiped.
Bright, quiet, close to everywhere.
comfortable.

Eva byla velmi vstřícná. byt je velmi bezpečný, čistý, dobře vybavený a nachází se snadno pěšky na nákupy, autobusové linky, které vedou velmi snadno k metru, a dobře se hodí pro krásné východy slunce z balkonu.

Eva was very accommodating. the apartment is very safe, clean, well equipped and located within easy walking distance to shopping, bus lines that lead very easily to the subway and well suited for beautiful sunrises from the balcony.

Lokalita je perfektní. Byt je hezky zrekonstruovaný, ale je nesrovnatelně tmavší než na fotografiích a vzhledem k dekorativním světlům si není možné pořádně rozsvítit když potřebujete, do toho bylo několik žárovek prasklých což moc nepomohlo. V bytě ale byla špína, pod postelí nánosy vlasů a prachu, koberec a křesla planá drobků a vlasů, chtěla jsem si vyluxovat ale vysavač byl nechutně přeplněný takže nesál a smrděl, což je v bytě který nejde vyvětrat nepříjemná skutečnost...lednička i mikrovlnka byla uvnitř od zbytků jídla. Jak už někdo psal, nádobí by zasloužilo obměnu.

El dormitorio era tal cual como se mostraba en las fotos. Y es mas amplio de lo que pensé. Cama cómoda, escritorio para trabajar, closet amplio y espacio suficiente para las cosas de mi gatita. Uso libre de lavanderia, cocina y baño privado. Todo impecable.
Andrea es una anfitriona muy atenta y amable. Agradezco mucho que me haya recibido con mi gatita y que también haya permitido que mi gatita salga a caminar por el departamento.
Estoy muy feliz de haber elegido este lugar para comenzar mi aventura en Portugal.

Its a nice and budget accommodation. There is a big table in the room and big dining table in common areas. That´s good flat, if you need working from there. Ana is very friendly woman. Everything was clean and perfect.

Huge, modern, clean flat in a great part of Lisbon center. It’s off a side street with shops, not bars/restaurants, so no noise at night. Amazing place and we hope to stay here again.

Nuno is a great landlord, very easy to communicate with and helped us with any issues or questions we had. The apartment is located near a metro station and has a great view of Gaia and Porto. The apartment was very well cleaned when we arrived. There were some issues with the kitchen sink and washing machine but Nuno was very helpful with these issues througout the stay.

This was our second stay in Balbinova 27. It is a very spacious, well-equipped flat for an extended visit. We love the location, as is close to public transportation and even the main train station. Old Town and the river are within walking distance, as we love to walk. There is a beautiful park one block away.
The only problem we had during this visit was the renovation going on under and beside our apartment. There was very loud drilling and hammering from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM six days a week for several weeks! It certainly detracted from our overall experience. But, we realize the landlord has no control over that. But, it was very disturbing. We will definitely stay there again on future Prague visits.

Vera is the best landlord on the Earh. She is really kind, polite and smart. Be honest and you'll get the same relationship. Vera helped us many times before and after contract beginning with everything. Our family and I are really thankfull to so kind host. The apartment is really nice and well-equiped. The photos are real. Chaves is amazing town with fairy architeture. We hope we returned one day. Very thank you. We love you.

Mamen and Candela have been excellent landlords.
The apartment has had everything I needed during my stay.
Mamen has been more than an excellent host. She has assisted and helped me out with anything I may have needed in house and generally during my stay in Malaga.
I absolutely recommend staying with Mamen and Candela. They are kind, generous, friendly, positive, totally helpful and considerate, discreet and welcoming.

Clean and very cozy apartment, excellent and very responsive host. Tânia gave us great recommendations for places nearby and was always in touch if we needed anything.
Great location, close to all the necessary stores, cafes and bars, public transportation. Also within easy reach The 25 de Abril Bridge with a beautiful promenade and the Jerónimos Monastery.

Nice, quiet place in the heart of the city. Well furnished, modern and comfortable. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, metro within 10 minutes walk. David was very helpful and flexible.
