This is a fantastic apartment! It has been recently renovated, it is quite big and has everything you need (towels, bed sheets, and cooking utensils). The owner is also really nice and reachable. Concerning the location, it is located in a quiet district and close to many cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Moreover, every Saturday there is a local market nearby. Totally recommended!

Beautiful renovated studio in a vibrant neighborhood with lots of restaurants, cool coffeeshops, and local bars. The Old Town and the train station are located within walking distance. The area can be noisy in the morning as there are renovation works going on (until 2020), but if you're an early bird, this shouldn't be an issue :)
The studio has everything I needed for a one-month stay and I truly enjoyed my time spent there. Landlords were very nice and responsive. I highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

I was very very satisfied with the apartment, the neighbourhood and especially with Juliana, the owner!

Everything in the apartment is modern and new and the apartment is in general in excellent condition! The area is really great, next to Letna park and several restaurants/facilities.

I was really impressed with the kindness and cooperation of rhe owner, Juliana! She was very helpful and responding in anything I needed within a few minutes/couple of hours.

I enjoyed my stay there for more than 6 months and I would definitely recommend it!

It’s a great apartment; very roomy, spacious, big rooms, including a great size bathroom with shower and tub, as well as washer & dryer. It’s on the 3rd level so there are quite a bit of steps to climb. The lift has not worked in awhile—it’s very old. Many great amenities in the apartment, including a wine frig. I would say 1 or 2 of the living room chairs could either be replaced or steam-cleaned. It is not air conditioned, however, in the 7 weeks I was there, only 2-3 days were very bad, even with 2 fans. The location is near a park, church, many good local restaurants and many of Pragues tourist sites (within 10-20 min walk). At the same time, you are also away from the tourist area so quieter. Eva, the owner, is extremely responsive to any inquiries, although I rarely needed to contact her. Would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay for 6 months at this apartment. It's a very beautiful and spacious apartment in a convenient location near a metro station and tram. There is a large supermarket within walking distance. Jakub is a very friendly and helpful landlord.

Excellent place, very green and convenient for life(shops, transport, playgrounds for kids). The flat seems big and cozy, we had everything we needed and more. The Landlord, Marcela is a wonderful lady, she has provided us with all kinds of services and help we could imagine, very nice person!

Martin's apartment is cosy, clean and is fully equipped. It's located near the subway and tram so it's easy to access the city center. Martin and Alice are also always available to assist the tenant, if needed.

The apartment is lovely and I truly felt at home. I stayed there for 10 months while studying at Charles University. The faculty of humanities is almost next door, really just a two minutes walk away. Grocery stores are also close-by which is very convenient. The area is very nice, also at night. As a woman living alone I never felt unsafe, even at night when coming home late after having some drinks I never felt unsafe. Thanks to the nearby metro stop (B line/yellow line) it is also very easy to get to the city center or to big shopping malls or tourist attractions. Martina, the landlady, is also nice and helpful.

Ich war sehr zufrieden. Wir haben alles eigentlich zusammen gemacht, trotzdem, dass wir ganz klar nichts gesagt hatten - die Haushalt führen, waschen, sich um die Terrasse und den Garten kümmern, Kochen. Alles war nach meinem Geschmack mit auskommen und auch mit Aufenthalt - das Haus hat viel Vorteilen - Schwimmbad, Sauna. Astrid wirklich super, auch wie Persönlichkeit bist du super, hilfsbereit.

We had wonderful 6 months in this flat, while doing Erasmus. It is a beautiful flat, perfect for a longer stay, like for Erasmus, and the location is also nice and good connected to the city center. Petra is a very reliable, relaxed and helpful landlord.
