Martin, his wife and son were excellent for the duration of our stay of 4 and a half months. They helped resolve any problems we had immediately, they were always smiling and friendly and around if they were needed, they made us feel very at home. The apartment is beautiful, the kitchen is fully kitted with everything you can think of, the sauna is lovely, the garden is beautiful, the beds were very comfortable during our stay. The neighbourhood of Dejvice is gorgeous, one of the high end parts of Prague. Great stay highly recommended!

Nothing was too much trouble for Petra, she always replied straight away and helped anyway she could. The house was spotless when we moved in and furnished with so many extras that made it feel more like home

Matt represent an excellent landlord, me and my friend had a wonderful stay for 2 months and he was always there to reply us as quick as possible.
Very satisfied by the location, easy access for the public transport and to the center of Prague.
I recommend intensely to trust the apartment and Matt without any problem! :)

I really enjoyed staying in this studio apartment. It has recently been renovated and has a nice vaulted ceiling, with windows looking out into a thriving garden. My stay was very comfortable and with all of the facilities/utilities that I could have needed. It is in a quiet, leafy neighbourhood and conveniently located. I highly recommend staying there.

The flat is situated conveniently near the center and has a park nearby, as well as public transport. But there was a distinct humidity problem because the apartment is on the lower floor. Another thing I noticed is that some outlets for electrical devices such as the heater do not work 24/7. The fridge and ther sink in the kitchen are quite small, which is okay for short-term stay but can get annoying when you are living there for months. Overall this is an okay apartment but is better for staying short-term.

The flat is great, perfectly equipped, bright, very comfortable and in an excellent location. It is just a few meters from metro station Anděl — and thus the Nový Smíchov shopping mall — and a few blocks from the Palacký Bridge, from where it is very pleasant to walk to the center of the city. And Dita is a magnificent hostess, always very kind and with very nice gestures! Because of that, I would rent her flat again and I highly recommend it!

David was great with communication and very helpful. The apartment was nice, with a balcony and updated amenities. The area was quiet and peaceful and I would highly recommend it.

Nice clean comfortable flat in a quiet, residential area located near many shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Building is very well maintained with good support and communication from the building management team.

Great and modern apartment, It was recently renovated and everything was done nicely. Located in a calm and peaceful neighborhood. Public transport can take you anywhere, with bus stops close to the place, and there is a lot of parking space near the building if needed.

The communication with Andrej went perfect and all in all we had an amazing experience at his apartment. Would certainly recommend this place! :)

I am very satisfied with the flat itself as well as the hospitality and friendliness of the owners. I would deffinitely recommend this apartment as it is located in a lovely neighborhood with the closest metro and tram stations just a few minutes away.

Perfect host and great apartment! Horst is very friendly, communicative, detailed and helpful til the last bit. The apartment was spotlessly cleaned and had everything you may need. The neighbourhood is very peaceful, green and quiet, you can even hear birds singing! I can absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
