The apartment was as described in the listing, modern with all the necessary comforts. The shower had excellent water pressure and a good size to turn around. The bedroom is large with access to the balcony. There is a balcony but the view is partially blocked by another building. However, you can see views of the marina and epic sunrises.

The apartment is located less than 10 minutes walk to Praia da Rocha. There are restaurants on both sides of the street. French, Asian fusion, and local Portuguese restaurants are around the corner and across the street. There is a mini mart in the sister building across the street. Spar and Intermarche supermarkets are less than 10 minutes away via walking. Public transportation is nearby. So, a car is not necessary.

The building is located uphill which i was not expecting especially dragging suitcases. Once inside the building, there is a handicap ramp. Besides the unwanted leg exercises , I had a pleasant stay.

Spacious, sunny, villa-style apartment, with an amazing view of the Gulf of Mirabello. Fully equipped kitchen. Perfect location for touring the eastern portion of Crete, next door to the vibrant small city of Agios Nikolaos. Great location for stays in any season! (The winter 2026 weather in the Gulf of Mirabello was sunny with very little rain.)

Hosts very helpful & supportive in every way. I hope to someday return to Agios Nikolaos, & rent the same apartment!

The heating system was not working, but it was not a big problem thanks to good weather conditions and overall good temperature inside the apartment.

I had a very positive experience with Daniel. Communication was consistently quick and clear, which made the entire process smooth and straightforward. Majitel k nám byl velice vstřícný a ochotný i přes to, že jsme ho museli více jak jednou kontaktovat kvůli změnám, které ovlivnily hladký průběh naší rezervace. Jeho reakce byly v každém z případů pozitivní a jeho lidský přístup k věci nám v naši tedhejší situaci velice pomohl, moc děkujeme a doporučili bychom pronájem každému, kdo by o něj měl zájem. :)

A nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance to the promenade, grocery stores, snack bars and restaurants. Vilamoura is also walkable for those that can.
