This place is so clean and spacious for 4 of us.
I am 100% recommend to stay this place. It's all renovated and so new. Thank you Charlotte.

No issues or problems with the property or the owner. Everything was great and was a great location for seeing the city. They're nearby restaurants, theaters and public transportation is only a 5-minute walk. Super market is almost directly across the street. Cafe/ Wine bar is also there. The only downside is if you have bad knees or back the stairs are a little steep inside the flat but if you don't they are fine. Easy check it, easy check out. I would recommend this apartment for anyone who wants a great location to see the city or live here long term. It's clean, updated and good to go.

The house is in an excellent location if you want to be close to old town and Praia dos Pescadores. It’s a newly renovated home with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathrooms have modern showers. The kitchen area is large with modern hob and refrigerator. Unfortunately, the only negative is the WiFi only worked well in the living room. Occasionally, it worked in the kitchen. The WiFi did not work upstairs where the bedrooms are and two balconies.

A very well presented flat in a good location. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful, would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment, excellently outfitted, in a great neighborhood that offered easy access to mass transit and many restaurants that were easy walks.

Skvělý majitel a hezký byt.

The apartment was nice, location was also good. The Apartment was comfortable, well-appointed, and quiet. If I stay in Albufiera, I would definately consider this apartment again.

Excelente, 5 estrelas.

Bydlení mohu všem plně doporučit. Maximální spokojenost a krásná lokalita.

Tomáš was a great host and very accommodating. He helped me with a few small things and was always easy to communicate with.

The apartment is very nice, the main room feels quite large, and the location is great. Having the Stromovka Center around the corner was really handy.

All in all I had a great experience.

The apartment has a wonderful view and is in a nice quiet area of Setúbal. We felt right at home. The walk down the centre promenade into town is lovely and the food market is one of the best.

Great stay ! The apartment was perfect—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Carlos was excellent: professional, responsive, and everything was smooth. Highly recommended!

Great experience

Awesome!

All communication was prompt and clear. Mary made our stay more enjoyable because all our housing concerns were solved!

Cristiano is a great host and the location is amazing! I recommend this location without a doubt.

I stayed for 6 weeks at Matte’s apartment and had a great experience. Matte is a nice and friendly host, and communication was always smooth and clear from start to finish.

The apartment is very well equipped, especially for a long stay—everything you might need is available. There’s also a convenient laundry service just next door, which made things even easier.

A special bonus is the amazing terrace with plenty of sun, perfect for relaxing. I also really enjoyed the “home theatre” setup with the projector—watching movies from the comfort of the bed was a highlight!

Thanks again, Matte, for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely some of the kindest people I’ve met while I was here. The home was beautiful. I cannot recommend this accommodation and these hosts enough!

Wonderful stay! Kate was very kind and quick to respond to any messages.

It was the perfect place for a long-term stay. The spacious, bright room has a private bathroom and toilet. The apartment is on the fifth floor and is accessible by elevator. The apartment has everything you need, including a washing machine and an iron. Jana is a wonderful host. She is always available if you need anything. The location is also quite good. There are quite a few restaurants and supermarkets nearby.  There is a tram stop in front, and the metro station is two blocks away, providing easy access to the city center and the rest of the city. You can also reach the central station on foot through the nice Riegrovy Sady park or by connecting metro or tram. Overall, it is highly recommended for short- and long-term stays.
