I had no chance to live the apartment, as my visa hasn't been issued so far. I planned to arrive by the 1st of July, but due to problems with my visa, I couldn't enter the country,. Marta was kind and open to me, Thanks, hope to remove the issue with my visa, and bank account, as it is also blocked. Quite complicated being russian in this world. Thanks

Very lovely flate in the historic center. Close to metro station and to touristic landmark. The host is amazing and helpful. Note that the building is historic so the isolation may be weak if you are searching for a very calm flat. Apart from that it's an amazing choice

Very lovely flat is well renovated and in walking distance to metro and bus. The residence is calm at night and there no big airplane noise. The owner is very nice and helpful. I recommend this flate. 👍

The place is well located
My room was spacious and bright.
The temperature remains cool all along summertime as the apartment is half-below ground
The tenants have been very nice and helpful trying to improve and fix all what needed to be done

The room has a wardrobe, desk, chair, and private bathroom. The shared spaces are large and clean. The Intenet works well throughout the house. Public transportation is reliable and a 5-7 minute walk away. The flatmates are welcoming. I would stay here again if I needed housing in Prague!

Location is perfect, close to the centre. The ocean view is magicaly wonderful. The house was cleaned and fully equipment. You can cook anything in the house because the kitchen is also fully equipment. We loved the neighbours because they were very kind and helpful.
Close to the house you can find a coffee shop where you can drink and eat some snack.
Front of the house you can find many free parking place. I highly recommend everyone who wants to enjoy the ocean paronama.
We loved to spent our holiday there. Thank you Michel🙏😊

Zuzana was very kind and an excellent communicator. The apartment was in immaculate condition when I moved in, and it was a near-perfect home for my five week stay in Prague. Though the temperatures reached 35C outside, the apartment stayed comfortable without AC. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings and appliances were of high quality. Tenants should be aware that the bedroom looks out on a fairly quiet street; the noise probably wouldn't bother most people, but I closed the bedroom windows and used a white noise machine to block it. The balcony on the courtyard side was a really lovely place to work in the afternoons, when it was in the shade. I didn't cook, as I was on my own, but I cook quite a bit when I'm at home and I found the kitchen to be very well equipped.

Ana is very responsive and left the flat in excellent condition. She also left many suggestions for restaurants and places to go in Madeira.
Her apartment is beautifully decorated. It has a huge kitchen which everything you need. The living room is super comfortable and you can see the ocean from the balcony.
I can totally recommend to stay in her apartment. We loved our stay!

As a young women traveling alone internationally for the first time, I can say that I am thoroughly impressed by the experience I had with Barbara and Ken during my stay in the studio apartment. If considering your stay here you should know — Barbara and Ken are extremely attentive to any needs or concerns and always have your best interest at heart and mind. The studio apartment came exceptionally well stocked with necessities and staples, offerings of fresh seasonal items from their garden and was presented impeccably clean and decorated. Their generous consideration, amicable nature and indelible genuineness as individuals makes for a spectacular stay!
