This was a fantastic apartment, perfect for our month long stay in Lisbon. It was spacious, and close to great restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed the large windows that let the sunshine in, and sitting out on the balcony in the mornings. The appliances in the kitchen were great, the refrigerator was very large, and the water in the shower had great pressure and got very hot. The only thing I didn't like was the double bed, it was very firm, and felt like one of those beds you lay on for a massage, we took turns sleeping on one of the twin beds in the other room because they were softer. Also, keep in mind that this apartment is on the 3rd floor (which is technically the 4th bc of the way the lobby starts at 0), and there is no elevator so be mindful when packing because you will get a great workout carrying your bags upstairs! Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment!

In apartment was present all necessary things and dishes. Good starter set for cooking and cleaning. Very good bed linen and towels.

A little cons: no dishwasher.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. It had everything I needed for a month-long stay in February. There is plenty of hot water for a 30-minute shower, despite the size of the hot water heater. The only downside of this apartment is that it can get a bit humid after you've showered and done laundry, so it may be necessary to open the windows to let the apartment air out. Other than that, it's a very comfortable apartment, and it was very clean when I arrived. The landlord is kind and helpful, as is her friend that helps her with the apartment. They both answer questions fairly quickly via text. I do recommend this landlord and this apartment. I would stay here again.

This is a cozy, clean, comfortable and convenient spot in a quiet building. Though we did not have an opportunity to meet during my stay, Pavlina made arrangements in advance to ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.

Space provides a good night of sleep and plenty of kitchen space. Bathroom is compact, with good water pressure/temperature. Good amount of storage space and cleaning supplies.

Tram and bus are within close walking distance (metro is also within an extended walk) for good connection to the rest of the city. Good shopping (including a mall) and local cafes/food options in the area. Some interesting urban trails and nice parks provide some great local scenery worth taking time out to enjoy.

There are some important instructions for maintaining the space (especially with respect to moisture levels and electricity balance) that will be essential for keeping things in order. During the day, some construction work was happening nearby (I was often away so it did not bother me, even in the morning).

Pavlina is a kind, generous, and flexible host. Overall positive experience.

Sandra and Marc are incredibly kind people. As landlords, they took care of everything, the flat looked exactly like in the pictures and everything was clean and comfortable. On rare occasions when something wasn't working properly or something broke, they were always instantly by our side to fix it or help us solve the problem. It was clearly visible how much effort they had put into making this space comfortable for us. I highly recommend this place if you stay in Alicante!

It's the perfect flat for a short stay in Lisbon. I've found the flat to have everything I needed for the stay. The insulation in the room is better than most Portuguese flats, so I was never really too cold, and there's a nice functioning heater as well.
And Miguel's an amazing landlord. He's very responsive, and is happy to help with whatever you need in order to have a good stay. I've had a very pleasant experience staying at his flat for the last two months.

I had a lovely stay in Santander. Teresa was very helpful and was sure to check on me from time to time. The apartment is in a great spot with bars and restaurants in every direction. The boat harbour is just across the road with a fantastic view of the hills and mountains. 5 minutes left of that is the beach, 5 minutes right of that is a boat that takes you over to the hillside of the bay. The city is a good base if you are travelling a lot. There's a ferry, an airport and a train/coach station all very close by and I used all of them. The neighbours are friendly and there is always a buzz of life around the neighbourhood, but if you want some quiet the double glazed patio doors keep the sounds a bay. I was able to get a lot of work and cooking done in the studio/kitchen combo which had everything I needed. My room was very comfortable and there is a guest room that a friend used when he came to visit. Highly recommended!

Nice, clean, newly renovated flat in an excellent location between Vinohrady and Vrsovice, and a short walk from the most useful tram line in Prague. Highly recommend if you want to stay outside of the tourist center close to many great bars, restaurants, and parks.

The house was incredible! Freshly renovated and really warm! The furnitures were brand new and the overall experience was great. The location is close to the Center and the metro line and tram station was really accessible. It’s comfortable for two people and the sofa turns into a bed as well to host even more people. As far as the owners, they were really helpful and eager to assist us in any possible problem when we needed it. I totally recommend the place to others it’s for sure worth it. Me as a student there I found the place fully equipped and since all the bills were included everything was sorted out for me making my stay more comfortable!

We have been super comfortable stay in the apartment, the place is nice and cozy and has everything you could need. During the winter Albufeira is super calm so we were very happy about this, but in the summer it looks like a very party place, so have it in mind if you look for calmness.
Catarina was super helpful, easy, and fast communication always.
