Pictures speak for themselves. Maybe small improvement would be to make sure that all the folders with intelligent information about the surroundings and the house are clearly wisible. We found one important flyer with this info lying flat at the side of the couch 10 days after we moved in and figured all out on our own at the cost in time ;)

Ms. Andrea was very helpful and resourceful from the beginning of the tenure until the closure of the contract. I love the location of the apartment as it is very close to the Danube River, close to the tram station and convenient stores. The apartment is also well-maintained and the amenities are also fully stocked. In the summer, it is really great to have AC in the facilities especially during the heat waves. I highly recommend her service. Her great service has made my time in Budapest a pleasure and I will definitely come and visit again.

The location of the apartment is very central and convenient with everything you need nearby. However the important drawbacks of the apartment are as follow: -The apartment is on the 3rd floor (feels like 4 or 5) so there are a LOT of stairs, without an elevator, making it feel like a mini workout everytime you go upstairs. - Everything inside the apartment is from cheap IKEA furniture and appliances so I feel like they'll fall apart after a few more tenants stay here. Also some more appliances could be put in the house, such as a shelf inside the bathroom to put the shampoos etc and some better pans and kitchen stuff. - Sadly the apartment doesnt have any windows that you can see outside, apart from the ones on the roof, so you easily lose touch with reality. From these windows lots of dust comes inside the house so you better invest in something to clean the apartment well. -The house is super noisy, you can constantly hear the tram passing and the house could shake, along with sometimes hearing the noise from the apartment nextdoors. -The price for the apartment is very high, 21k czk is too much for such house. I understand that the location is central but you can find better deals. These are basically things you know before renting it, they just become tiring once you stay here for quite some time. Either way we loved the house and we were happy to stay here. The bed upstairs is super comfortable and so are the chairs in the kitchen. The people of Internesto are very nice and helpful, they solved any problem we encountered fast and efficiently so thank you!

Susana was an incredible landlady; she made sure everything was provided, in good working order, and left some incredibly thoughtful touches around the flat. She responded quickly to any queries and carried out a small repair in very good time. Susana was very warm, friendly, welcoming and supportive--I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Quiet and convenient

I'm absolutely satisfied with the stay at Lucie's apartment! Very clean, comfy and quite flat located in a very beautiful area Vínohrady right near Riegrovy sady. The flat is equipped by everything you need. Yes, it is not so big but the space is enough for one person (and, I think, even for couple). The owner is very polite and responsive. I definitely recommend! 👍

The apartment was very cute. The location is perfect for a stay in Prague. The landlord is also very friendly.

The landlord is cool and polite, very helpful as well! I stayed there for a year and my experience was very smooth. The flat was amazing as well as the location.

Great communication with with the owner/management from the very start. They were very accommodating, flexible, and reacted almost immediately to any of our asks. This was my first experience with Flatio and thanks to the way the business was conducted, I would use them again for a long term stay.

André is an excellent host! He was quick to respond to any questions I had during my stay. The apartment is lovely. There are many amenities, comfortable furniture, and incredible location. I had no problems during my stay and would definitely come back!

Nous avons passé 5 mois et demi dans cet appartement pour notre erasmus, et il était parfait. Fonctionnel et bien situé, nous avions commerces et station de métro à proximité. Jeni est une propriétaire très investie, à l’écoute et attentionnée. Elle a toujours tout fait pour qu’on se sente le mieux possible dans l’appartement. Nous ne retenons que du positif :)

Diana es una super host, sus atenciones fueron muy buenas, contactarla es super facil y es muy amable. El departamento es perfecto para 1 o 2 personas, su ubicación es excelente.

Great apartment in a quiet building and neighborhood. The views are lovely and the apartment is so convenient to walk everywhere. Working with Andre and his team has been wonderful. They solved any problem I had and offered a very high level of service, even driving me to the airport. I highly recommend this stay:)
