I am very satisfied with my stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and always available to answer any questions. Ich war wieder vollkommen zufrieden. Leider war die erste Buchung nicht möglich und ich habe dann eine Wohnung genommen , die ich von der Größe her gar nicht gebraucht hätte .

Aber der Pool war intakt und ich buche gern wieder .

The location is excellent especially if you arrive by plane. Bus stop for airport busses 601 and 602 is right under the window.
Kitchen is well-equipped with a gas stove and an electric oven. There are plenty of utensils, glasses, containers etc for cooking.
The flat is very spacious and clean.
Note that the flat is on 4th floor and there is no elevator. The windows are modern but still there is some noise from the street.
The host is very friendly and speaks good English.

Great host! Very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and communication was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this host to other travelers.

Estuve en la casa 3 meses, y la casa es un 10 para 1 o 2 personas. Muy bien equipada, con horno recién comprado, nevera grande, microondas, TV, sofá cama, cama grande y cómoda… La zona es muy tranquila y está ubicada perfecta ya que tiene tren, tranvía y buses a menos de un minuto de la casa. Los vecinos ni se les escucha y son buenas personas. Con respeto a la anfitriona, Dana, no podía haber imaginado una mejor anfitriona. Siempre super atenta, cercana, y siempre tratando de hacer la estancia mucho más fácil. Sin duda recomendaría este alojamiento a cualquier persona o pareja que vaya a estar una temporada en Praga. 11/10

I stayed in this house for three months, from February to May. The house is small but well thought-out, modern and fully equipped, nothing is missing, and every space is used smartly.
The real highlight is the neighbourhood: residential, quiet both day and night, yet very convenient. About 15 minutes on foot from the city centre, and less than 10 from the city walls with a beautiful walking route. A mini market is just steps away, and several supermarkets are within a 10-minute walk. For students or workers, transport links are excellent: a one-minute walk to the university bus stop, and 10-12 minutes to the main road where buses run every 10 minutes.
The host was always kind, helpful and quick to respond. Whenever a small issue came up, she was ready to help without hesitation.
I would recommend it to anyone looking for peace and quiet without giving up convenience, especially for medium to long-term stays.

The apartment was in a beautiful historic area which we enjoyed. It also had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable as we needed to work and cook. Bruna was a very attentive and wonderful host. We loved that the apartment had a little historic basin by the door, we appreciated it after learning more about the areas history :)

A wonderful, clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. It has everything you need for comfortable living and remote work. Underground parking is available. There's a small grocery store nearby. The hosts are very friendly and always ready to help. Thank you for a wonderful time!

The place was exactly as described and shown in the photos. It was very spacious for a 1 bedroom with a flat and the open area livingroom/kitchen was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, had burners, and convection oven. For the location, space, and typical rental prices around this listing this place is one of the best values!
