Michael was a fantastic landlord and provided a lovely flat for me to live in for the time I was there. The neighbourhood is fantastic and the coffee shop down the road (Wim Kaffee) is a must go!

Великолепная квартира в тихом районе, в новом доме в трёх минутах ходьбы от метро. Хозяин сделал все для комфортного отдыха гостей. Нас ждала бутылка отличного вина и кофе-капсулы. Кофе-машина, а также вся остальная необходимая техника также оказалась на высоком уровне. Отличная стиральная машина не раз нас выручила. Мягкая кровать, два санузла, удобная мебель - всё оставило самые приятные впечатления! Если поедем снова, то хотелось бы остановиться снова именно в этой квартире! Спасибо огромное хозяину!

This flat is in a great area, just a short walk to tram stops that will get you across the city easily. The neighbourhood is very trendy with a hip vibe. Our family of four found the space worked very well for us and Michal was an excellent host.

We have rented a flat for the period of 3 months. The cooperation with the owner Ulrike was excellent and without any problems. The apartment is very well situated, just 1 min walk from the closest metro station (just 4 stations to get to St. Stephens square) and long pedestrial shopping street where you can easily shop anything you need. We were staying in a flat with our three children so we highly appreciated the proximity of children´s playground (one just in front of the house and other ones very close).
The apartment is very well equipped with astonishing bathroom with sauna as well, kitchen is also very modern and all the rooms are very spacious.
The only disadvantage of the flat is its situation in 2nd floor without elevator (we had to carry the pram everytime throught the staircase when we wanted to go out), but there is planned a house recontruction when the elevator should be installed as well.
To conclude, we highly recommend this spacious and very well situated flat.

The landlord Ferenc is a lovely guy who will make sure you are comfortable and settled. I really enjoyed living in this place for 2 months, it's cosy, well laid out, and stocked with almost everything you would want in your day to day life. Highly recommended. You are guaranteed to have a good time living here. The apartment block is quiet, peaceful and feels very safe.

My only negative is that the shower is very small, and I recommend that the owner consider how to improve it.

Очень уютная и удобная квартира,в отличном районе.Очень порадовало большое наличие кухоннной техники,посуды,постельного белья.Соседи очень тихие.Рядом множество уютных заведений,маленькие продуктовые магазины и большые супермаркеты.К центру на такси 7 минут.Прожить там 3 недели было в удовольствие!спасибо!

Eva and Petr's apartment is in a fabulous location and right beside the metro station. The apartment has everything you need. The only thing that we disliked was the loud construction that happens outside the back bedroom window every morning at 7 am. However, this is temporary and everything else about the apartment was wonderful. Once you respect the noise level restrictions you should have a fantastic stay at this property. The location is more suited for families rather than young adults.

Nice overall experience, just a few missing things:
- The kitchen is missing some useful items (a frying pan, vegetable peeler, ...)
- A fan (it's very hot in July and there was absolutely no way to cool the flat down)
- A piece of the washing machine is broken, it works but damages the clothes
- The Wifi is very unstable, don't expect to go a full day without any 1h+ interruption. (If you're in Budapest to work, maybe go to a cafe or a coworking space)
The flat is very spacious and pretty comfortable, the location is a real plus and has a nice vintage feeling.

Bydlení mohu jen doporučit! A to z důvodů klidné lokality s přírodou, příjemných sousedů, ale především z bytu samotného a chování jeho majitele. V bytě bylo vše potřebné od jídelního nádobí až po žehlící prkno. Majitel nám tam nechal k používání kávu, čaje, základní dochucovadla... Pan Dobeš s celou rodinou jsou velmi milí, vstřícní a ochotní. Pokud hledáte ubytování pro jednu až dvě osoby v klidné části města s docházkovou vzdáleností ke všemu potřebnému, doporučuji tento byt všema deseti! :)

Byt je prvotřídní, bezvadně vybavený a čistý jako nový. Ke všem spotřebičům byly pisemné návody a kromě toho pan majitel poslal e-mailem podrobná vysvětlení. Jeho snaha nám ve všem vyhovět byla mimořádná. Ubytovala nás slečna Štěpánka, přítelkyně syna pana Polišenského a velice milá dívka. Mám-li se vyjádřit k lokaci, lepší si snad ani není možné přát. Jak na Metro, tak i na tramvaj 5 minut chůze, v okolí dostatek obchodu jako je Billa nebo Lidl a také různych specialit, pekařství, kaváren cukráren a podobně. Co bylo vůbec nejlepší, to je výhled z okna na Hradčany či perfektně vybaveného balkonu. Moc se nám v bytě líbilo a my doufáme, že i on byl s námi jako s nájemníky spokojen. Určitě bychom se u něj rádi ubytovali příští rok zase.
