This is a wonderful apartment in an excellent location for exploring. Close to Metro and Central areas, but very quiet with shutters closed.. Mariana communicated well and met me on arrival to show me how everything worked and give me tips on dining, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Ein wunderschöner Ort. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer ist sehr sehr freundlich und zugewandt. We absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and comfortable. The hosts are truly amazing — super friendly, caring, and always quick to respond if we had any questions. They really made us feel at home.

The apartment itself is wonderful — bright, clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. It’s clear that a lot of thought and love went into making this place comfortable for guests.

The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The way to the riverside is close and goes through lovely little streets full of local charm. At the same time, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet — ideal for resting after a day of exploring.

Excellent communication with host. Quick responses and very helpful. The apartment was in perfect location and was ideal for a short term stay. Kitchen was a good size for Spain. Excellent air conditioning and WiFi. Clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Neighborhoods was lively and could be a bit noisy. But that didn’t bother us a bit.

Katka is an amazing host. Communication with her was always easy and productive, and everything was resolved quickly.
I really enjoyed the apartment. It is spacious, has a comfortable working setup, fast internet, and a beautiful view on a little park. The location is very convenient, with several metro lines nearby and plenty of cafés, restaurants, and stores around.
As someone who runs, I especially appreciated being so close to Tempelhof. It is a perfect open space for jogging.
I highly recommend this apartment.

Apartment was perfect. We were there for 5 weeks. It was really great. The neighbourhood is great, so many nice restaurants and pubs. Lots of nice parks to walk around in. Tram stop just outside and the train station is a short walk away. Highly recommend this apartment. Matěj was a great host. He was there to greet us and was always available if needed, but also left us alone. Really a perfect stay. Thank you!
