I had a wonderful experience renting this property. The flat is very modern, clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is in a great location that makes commuting and running errands incredibly easy, yet the neighborhood itself remains nice and peaceful—offering the perfect quiet escape at the end of the day. On top of that, there was great cooperation with the owner, who was always responsive, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable stay!

Sofia's Penthouse Is really a fantastic opportunity to live in a lovely and central part of Lisboa! I was in the property for 3 months, and found I could walk to anything I wanted, and became a regular at some places. Supermarket is literally on the ground floor of the building! There are many good restaurants steps away, including a very unique Sushi place right next door. Be sure to tell Ricardo that you live in the building! He loves serving neighbors. Just a few blocks from Parque Eduardo VII, which is huge and sometimes hosts events. The apartment itself has good sunlight during the day, a computer workstation, more than ample kitchen with anything you might need, and nice bed with a good mattress. Surrounding the apartment is a huge private terrace, so you can sit outside to read or sip a coffee! The majestic historical building itself was renovated in 2018, so everything inside is very current and in good condition! Bathroom is huge with marble floor and walls! Includes a king-sized bathtub AND a shower. Lovely hardwood flooring throughout. German appliances. Bonus is also the VERY COOL old-style elevator in the main atrium! You feel like you are living in history (in a good way)!! Sofia is a very congenial and attentive host and really helped out!! I was her first guest, and there were items needing attention from the previous owner. She responded instantly and saw to it that everything was resolved quickly and to everyone's satisfaction. The building is VERY WELL maintained as a whole, and a very classy place to stay. You will be lucky to snag this place if it becomes available!

Very clean and comfortable accommodation, perfect for 1 person or even 2–3 people. Conveniently located close to shops and public transport. The landlord is attentive, helpful, and responds quickly to any questions. I highly recommend this place 100%! 😁

It has a great location right in the center of Budapest, with everything you need close at hand. It's a cozy place with great flatmates and a friendly host who is always available to answer any questions at any time.

We had a great stay in this apartment during our Erasmus semester in Białystok. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and in an excellent location. It had everything we needed for a long-term stay. Communication with Cezary was always easy and friendly, and he was very helpful whenever we needed assistance. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Białystok and would happily stay here again in the future.

After living in the flat with Josepha as a host I'm ready to recommend her to everyone, regaldres of long-term or short-term stay. She offers very good conditions of the apartment and always is ready to help, no matter the time and problem. I would definetely choose her offer again if i will be back at Porto. We have stayed for 3 months as a 4 people group. Communication with Josefa as host was easy, we were using English language in every text and conversation. Josefa has been responding to any issues right away.

The appartment was clean, well situated and everything was fonctionnal apart from one thing. The shower head rack was broken and we couldn't shower without having the head in one of our hand. The cloth's rack was a cool feature to let our clothes dry outside.

Very spacious place, i was traveling together with my wife, so for us there was a lot of space. Location is excellent, very close to city center, metro station, tram stop, so it is very easy to go to any place in Prague from there. Communication with host was also very easy and nice. The only thing to mention that beds are made from pallets, and they are not very soft, but for us it wasn't a problem. Also there were 3 writing desks, so this apartment can be nice option for remote workers.

I had a wonderful stay at Lucie's flat. It was very well-located between many different tram stops within a 5-10 minute walking distance and close to the center. The flat itself was spacious and very comfortable with everything needed for an extended stay. There was so much natural light inside, and a lovely view from the balcony, and the area was quiet and pleasant. Lots of cafes, bakeries, and other nice places in the area, and very close to Vršovice for bars and nightlife. Lucie is a wonderful host—very friendly, flexible, and understanding. She is very helpful with bringing anything you might need for the flat, and went above and beyond to make sure that it was stocked with all necessary things. She also gave great recommendations of places in Prague and other parts of the Czech Republic. I would absolutely recommend staying at her flat!

Great location, the tram being next to apartment was useful and never disturbed in noise. Greatly equipped especially in kitchen. There is good amount of room. The overall quality of apartment is decent.

The apartment is very pretty and comfortable, exactly as shown on the photos. Everything worked perfectly and Bruna was an amazing host, answering all my questions and providing extra information about the area. It's a busy part of town in June so there was a bit of noise from the streets but it was manageable. I'd definitely recommend the place to friends and would come back if I ever visit Lisboa again.

Maria es una Casera increíble, atenta, cercana, muy educada, simpática y disponible en cualquier momento para cualquier cosa que nos hiciera falta en el piso. Ha sido más que la propietaria del piso, ha sido una relación increíble, y con un trato y una disposición hacia nosotros increíbles! El piso estaba genial, muy limpio y grande, es mejor en persona que en las fotos, bien comunicado con el transporte público, el piso tenia todas las cosas necesarias para vivir una larga estancia, es un piso ideal en el que hemos estado muy bien durante 3 meses, nos hemos sentido como en casa! Gracias a Maria por todo!

Our stay at The Farm Tiny Casa - Cosy Mobile Home in Chiclana de la Frontera was absolutely excellent on every level. It is the perfect place to unwind, disconnect, and reconnect with nature, while also enjoying a great swimming pool and a fantastic location very close to Cádiz and Playa de La Barrosa. A special mention goes to the outstanding hospitality and support from the hosts, who truly touched us with the wonderful gesture of giving us fresh eggs from the farm's chickens.
