A lakásban több, mint 3 hetet töltöttünk el, és nagyon meg voltunk elégedve. Ez egy kis garzon lakás, de mindennel fel van szerelve, ami kell. A tulajdonos egy gentleman, a kommunikáció kiváló volt vele.

Когда нам потребовался рабочий стол и сушилка, Дора привезла нам эти вещи в ближайшее время. Теперь можно быть точно уверенным, что данные апартаменты подойдут и для цифрового кочевника и для семьи с маленьким ребенком. Также нам очень пригодился стульчик для кормления и детская кроватка. Общение с хозяйкой всегда было позитивным. Также очень приятно было встать утром после приезда и поесть вкусный завтрак. Всем очень рекомендуем данные апартаменты для отпуска.

Lovely studio in a nice, quiet neighbourhood, 10 minutes uphill from a quick tram into the centre or about a 40-minute walk. There is one bus (no. 62 from Porici) to take you up the fairly steep, long hill with your bags / shopping, but it only runs half-hourly / hourly during the day, until around 7pm. The studio is much brighter than it looks from the pictures (taken at night); the windows let in plenty of sunlight, and overlook the pretty courtyard at the front and a garden at back. The kitchen is well-equipped except no coffee-maker. The mattress is a little soft, and the fridge and clock rather loud if you have trouble sleeping - they seem louder as the area is so quiet. The flat is warm and secure, with supermarkets a 10 and 15 minute walk away, but only fast food takeaways nearby (kebabs and burgers), there's a nice, arty bar however, the Duck bar.

My wife, myself and my 25 old grandson just spent 34 days at 26 Actor Vale 1° Dt. It was unbelievable good this place for just 48 euros a day. Close to everything. We, as we were 3 only used Uber and Bolt to travel anywhere in Lisbon and Setubal. This apartment just like new. Recomended that they fix the main bathroom exhaust fan as it is noisy. Also recomended a table light on the desk in the bathroom. If anyone want a place in Lisbon this is the one!

Amazing host! Thank you for once again providing a living space for my wedding in Ponta Delgada. It was a nice spot close by to a lot of popular areas. Everywhere I needed to go was nearby and I had no issue getting around by walking. I enjoyed the island and I can't wait to visit again.

Lovely apartment in central location: good access on foot and by public transport; car would be difficult due to limited parking, narrow streets and it can get really busy.
Clara instantly responded to an internet problem and this was all that went wrong.
Felt like it was my home being there for several weeks, what more needs to be said?

Claudia was great. Very responsive and helped us out with issues immediately. It was a wonderful and cosy apartment, and very close to everywhere we needed to go. The Lebanese/Ethiopian place across the road was delicious. We felt very at home.

Apartment was a great location for the price, walkable to a lot of areas, quiet. Landlord was quick to respond in most cases and addressed texts fairly quickly. Probably best for 2 people max (comfortable sharing a bed).

The flat is really nice and clean with all amenities and equipment for a comfortable stay. The building and street are quiet but a few meters away there's plenty of shopping, transport and entertainment options. Tomas was always available and I would definitely recommend staying there!

I had a wonderful stay at Martina's apartment. It's located in a great neighborhood surrounded by restaurants, relaxed bars, transit, and parks. The home had everything I needed, and was very clean. Martina was incredibly kind, helpful, and communicative. 10/10 would stay again !
