Landlord was very nice person with a warm heart! Communication was easy even when we didn't speak the same language. Room was nice for the price but there was no warm water from the shower so that is a bit downside.

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this apartment. It is very comfortable, cozy, and full of natural light. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, and it was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The location is excellent, with many historical sites nearby, making it easy to explore the area. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it!

The apartment was very nice and Petra was communicative and answered all my questions. The apartment has all necessary equipment and amenities, which was very convenient. It looks just like pictures, but what you cannot see, is that the windows lead to a beautiful garden. So the apartment is very private, in a quiet residential area but only 10-drive to the city. It is on a hill, so when arriving, take a bus or uber. :)

The apartment was pleasant and we had a good time there. I wish I knew beforehand that the main toilet and shower room is centrally located and apparently planed without much consideration for privacy... It led to some awkward moments. And the airplanes landing above were very noisy and frequent (we were there in August).
But aside from that we had a good experience there, and felt it was a good return for the fair cost requested.

The apartment is quite fantastic. The open concept layout is spacious but also cozy in the evenings. The addition of the private rooftop patio makes the space that much more unique. The patio area is perfect for relaxing with a coffee or eating breakfast in the morning sunshine. An added luxury is the private elevator that takes you directly into the suite. It makes bringing home groceries very easy! The location is perfect for getting to the tram, the grocery store is a block away, and there is a convenience store on the corner outside which has fresh fruits, eggs, and all the small items you need. Very easy area to live in. If your looking for a unique, modern, luxury style condo then I can't recommend this place enough.

Excelente ubicación. A pocos metros del metro y 10 minutos caminando de Aliados. El apartamento tiene todo para sentirte en casa. Gonzalo y sus padres fueron atentos y muy amables. Excelente internet para trabajo remoto. Disfrutamos el apartamento por 44 días. Muy recomendable.

A lakás nagyon jó helyen van, sajnos pont ezért hangos, bár arról a bérbeadó nem tehet. A mikrót és a kenyérpiritót hiányoltam egyedül a berendezések közül. A Wifi jól működöt, nem volt vele gond.

When we arrived, the house had some problems that we managed to resolve with the owner. The owner is very kind and helpful. In general the area is very comfortable and quiet, even the condominium. The price is a little high for what it offers, but we had a good time.

It's a beautifully decorated flat in a cool hipster area with lots of interesting bars, restaurants cafes on walking distance. A great tapas place just over the road. It's very spacious and feels homely. The bathroom is extremely luxurious with a huge tub and a shower, lovely tiles. Estela is lovely and was so kind and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.If I had to say a downside I would say that being on the ground floor and facing the street it can get quite noisy during the weekend nights, and with the rubbish trucks coming past and collecting at 5 am some mornings. During the day however the street is quiet with very little traffic. Overall a great experience to stay there, this is a proper home, not a rental place, and it has s great energy and beautiful decorations and furniture.

Barry is very nice and very attentive to our needs. The apartment has a nice location, is well-equipped and is very bright with sunlight. A supermarket is very convenient to this location. The only issue we had is that the ceilings are low in places. This can lead to a lot of head bumping until you get used to it. Overall, we rate this apartment and landlord very highly.

Katia was very responsive and helpful. The flat is very cute, well thought through to make sure all you need is provided. This is not your typical rental apartment but more like a home. The flat is quite central and you can easily walk to most central areas in Lisbon in 20 mins. I highly recommend this flat and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
