Ubytování doporučuji. Obzvláště v tropických letních teplotách je suterénní byt skvělá volba. Byt po rekonstrukci, vše nové, čisté, byt bez vlhkosti. Lokalita perfektní. Večerka v ulici, Lidl tramvají v OC Bořislavka. V létě fantastické koupání na koupališti v Divoké Šárce. Ulice je klidná a tichá. Majitel komunikativní, vše v pořádku.

Andrea is Cool and communication fluent, clear and fast.
Flat is well organised, clean and CALM.
Location is perfect: close enough to the historical center to walk on evening, and in walking distance for daily work.
Many shops and busses nearby.
Exactly what was required !

Richard is a truly kind person and he made us feel welcome and at home right away. He was always available for questions and was a great landlord. We loved the location and a huge bonus is that the apartment was cool during a few summer heatwaves. Great experience!

Everything was great! Monika is a great host — welcoming, respectful, very responsive, and easy to communicate with. Communication was always quick and smooth. 😊

The room is really nice and exactly as shown in the pictures, and the apartment is very well equipped with everything you need. I really felt at home during my stay. All in all, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

I had a great experience overall. The host was in constant communication throughout and always quick to respond, which made everything so much easier. Really cooperative and easy to deal with from start to finish.
The place looked exactly like the photos — no surprises at all, which I really appreciated. On top of that, the location is excellent: close to shops and public transport, so getting around was never an issue.
Would happily recommend.

Cooperation with the owner was excellent. The apartment was almost perfect, the only minor issue was during the very hot days of this summer - the fan was doing a great job but still it was quite hot inside on a few nights.

I had an amazing one-month stay in Budapest. The apartment is in one of the best locations, surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and a gym. Despite the lively and busy area, the apartment was completely quiet and peaceful. My host was wonderful and very helpful. Thank you for a fantastic month—I truly enjoyed my stay!

The flat is spacious and has a gorgeous view 🌸😍 It feels very homey and authentic rather than like a typical tourist apartment, which I really liked. There were a few minor maintenance issues, but they didn’t really affect my stay. Joana was a very welcoming and cooperative host, and I really enjoyed my time there. Thank you for the lovely stay!

The apartment is very nice, the room I was in is big, new and the bed is very comfortable. Also the location is very central. Communication with the host was very good, he wants to really make sure that the renters enjoy their stay in Madeira to the fullest. As a bonus the host also came to pick me up at the airport when I arrived, which was very nice. Overall 10/10

All in all, I had a great stay here. It was very close to everything we wanted to see. Neighborhood had everything we needed and we felt safe as women walking around. There were plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and shops nearby. Loved the cleaning service and the fact that we had a washer and dishwasher. Also liked that the tv allowed us to connect to streaming services. I work remotely, and the internet never gave me issues. The building has an elevator which was very helpful when carrying our luggage. My only complaint is the place gets really warm in the summer and the bathroom could use more ventilation. Opening the windows help, but then you risk flys and mosquitoes coming in. Moreover, the apartment is about 20mins away from the airport which was great. The team was very responsive and always willing to help. Would definitely stay again the next time I’m in Porto.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is located in a quiet area, which was great, as the streets of Lisbon can be quite busy and noisy.
The apartment is very nicely furnished and has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was even air conditioning, which was not mentioned in the apartment description, so we were pleasantly surprised and very happy about it. 😊 The only negative thing was that in August we started noticing quite a lot of ants in the apartment. However, there were insect sprays provided, which helped us get rid of them quickly.
Our host, Martina, is very kind and helpful. She gave us lots of great tips for trips and places to visit that are not as touristy or popular, which we really appreciated. Communication with Martina was also quick and easy, which made us feel confident and reassured about our stay.
Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this apartment!

Very good experience in the Josip apartment.
At the beginning is supposed only me, but my gf wanted to join me and he didnt have any problem with that.
The location is perfect, more quiet than center, very near to tram, supermarkets, any type of stores and restaurants.
The room was very good also for me, i work remote and he has a desk and good internet so for me working during the week was very good too.
He very friendly and easy going, so defitinly i would reccomend stay there.

Es wer einer der besten endscheidungen die ich hätte treffen können um hier zu wohnen und meine 3 Monate auf den Azoren hier zu verbringen. Die Unterkunft war und wird immer ein zuhause bleiben für mich. Es liegt perfekt, in der Hauptstadt zwar doch trotzdem ruhig. Man kann überall zufuß hingehen und auch wenn man ein auto oder Motorrad hat ist auch dafür gesorgt, denn vor der Tür sind parkplätze.
Für mich als alleinige Reisende Frau kann ich die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen!
