Was perfect for me!
I stayed a month with Susana with the intent to retreat and focus on my new creative projects. Susana was a great host, very considerate, open and beautiful to talk to. Living together was very easy-going, Susana gave me my space but also was always open to hang out and suggest different things to do.
The little town is very sweet and calm, Porto is not far for more buzz.

The apartment is as seen visually by pictures but there are a few things you should be aware of that you could not tell from the online listing (or even when visiting the apartment.)

The building is very old and so the bathroom smells of sewage most of the time. I needed to cover my nose to be in there and it feels a bit dirty to be showering with such a bad smell. I don’t believe the water is dirty but when washing I prefer not to smell sewage coming from the shower head. This might be something you are okay with but for me it was too much.

Additionally, there is A LOT of noise from neighbors. Walls and floors are paper thin. Neighbors next door have children and you can hear everything. The people upstairs for a long time were bouncing a ball on the floor in the middle of the night, every night (I have ear plugs and I still heard it). They also party loudly sometimes and smoke cigarettes - since the walls are so thing you can smells the smoke in this apartment.

I asked Daniela about the noise before moving in since my boyfriend is very sensitive to this. She told me it was a quiet apartment. This is NOT the case.

Sónia was the perfect host. As soon as I arrived at the Campolide flat, she was there to welcome me in-person. The flat was close to everything. It's about a 15min drive to the airport, 30min walk to Avenida da Liberdade (for shopping), and 7min walk to Pingo Doce (for groceries). The amenities and super-fast internet made my 2 months stay very comfortable. If you're working remotely, the flat can more than accommodate. There are also plenty of coworking options in the area if you prefer to work outside of the flat. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely book again. Thanks, Sónia!

Very comfortable apartment. Good area, easy transport connections, a large shopping centre and a hospital nearby. The apartment had everything we needed, was very warm and was baby-friendly. The owner was amazing and has responded to any queries that we had in a matter of minutes. We had a very pleasant stay, thank you!

Byt je krásný rekonstruovaný byt ideální pro bydlení jednotlivce nebo páru. My jsme bydleli i se 4-letou dcerou a neměli jsme nejmenší problém. Většina míst, kam jsme potřebovali zajít, je kousek - bud směr tramvaj Palmovka a nebo Invalidovna. Kontakt s majiteli na výborné úrovni. Ve všem nám vyšli vstříc. Velmi milí. Dokonce nás při příjezdu čekala plná lednice a kávovar s kališky Dolce Gusto. Vše prvotřídní, nemohu si na nic stěžovat. V ceně bylo všechno jak popsáno, WiFi, energie, Apple TV. Byt je nízkoenergetický, což člověk poznal zejména během topení. Vypnuli jsme topení při 24 stupních a trvalo třeba 5 hodin, než to kleslo na 22. Dům drží výborně teplotu.

CZ: Skvělé místo vše co potřebujete je poblíž. Jediný co můžu vytknout je že první 3 dny nám netekla teplá voda z důvodu výměny boileru. A ještě jedna věc je postel a to že neskutečně vrže i přetočení a už za vrže.

Komunikace s Bohdanem byla skvělá. Vše poradil a pomohl velmi ochotný a vše takže tam nemáme co vytknout.

EN: Great place all you need is nearby (retro cinema 1min, supermarket 5min). The only thing I can criticize is that the first 3 days we did not run hot water because of the replacement of the boiler. And one more thing is thet the bed creaks just when you sit down or turn around in the night and in my opinion would definitely be replace or at least the screws tightened.

Communication with Bohdan was great. He was very helpful with everything so there's nothing I could reproach.

The flat is in an excellent location, close to all of the attractions of Budapest, without being very loud. The apartment was super clean, and altogether very reasonably priced. Péter was able to respond to our requests in time, and was always helpful. Would recommend this flat!
