Luís was a great host and the type of host that gives Portugal such a great name. He was easy to communicate with and flexible. The house we stayed in was beautiful and very clean. From the house you could hear birds chirping all day every day, it was so peaceful! And just outside the house, there were vineyards and breathtaking views.

We highly recommend Luis's cabin!

It was a very nice trip in Praha and it was in part due to the rent.
Indeed the apartment was comfortable and pleasant in a quiet area, close to shops and public transport. Mireck was very friendly, attentive, and quickly solved the few small problems that arose during my stay.

Mostly it was pretty good 👍🏼
what were good :
- perfect location, optimal floor
- all the necessities: dw, wm, kitchen staff, glasses, working place with small lamp, cleaning staff
- spacious room
- easy communication
What can be improved:
- sauna doesn’t work
- tiny shower cabin
- bed linen quality might be better

Apartment quiet and well placed (shops nearby) and usually clean. Well equipped but the layout of my room needs to be redone (paint, curtains and especially carpet). The bed base can also be consolidated. A very good stay despite that. THANKS

The apartments is located in a very convenient district: a lot of shops close to the building, 2 beautiful parks nearby, and quite flat neighborhood (not hilly at all). The apartments had very good Internet speed no problems with plumbing and electricity. Despite the fact, that there's airport not far from the apartments, it didn't bother us at all, it wasn't too noisy or annoying.

I can also highlight, that the apartments is pet-friendly 🐶❤️

Overall, I can recommend to stay here!

Paulo was a great landlord. He picked me up at the airport, was very attentive and responded promptly whenever I had concerns. I stayed in the apartment for two months at the start of summer. Plusses were the location which was very near multiple public transportation sites and the Rato Subway, Cute neighborhood with narrow windy streets.

The apartment was efficient and nicely laid out although there’s a steep stairway to the sleeping area that is not for the faint of heart,…the bed was comfortable and all the kitchen appliances worked well including a washing machine. TV and wifi worked well. Minuses were some scuffed up furniture and central carpet they should be replaced. Also, , if you open lots of windows which is needed in warmer days, there is a local bug problem and I did receive some mosquito bites during the night. Overall a very positive two month stay.

I couldn’t recommend Rui or his lovely flat enough. What a lovely place. Perfect location, beautiful view, extremely well equipped apartment, spacious lovely balcony, excellent area with incredible restaurants and very close to everywhere in Lisbon you’d want to go. We worked remotely and the internet was perfect, the home is very nicely decorated and feels much like a home away from home.

Rui’s communication was second to none, he sent us lists of recommended restaurants, beaches, coffee shops and days out. When we had minor repairs needing he would send someone to come and sort it within a few hours. He could not have been more helpful or fast on responding.

We had a brilliant six week stay and we will be back for sure!

Right from the beginning they welcomed me with open arms. I could never asked for better landlords. Whenever something was up with the apartment we could reach them at any time. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures and was the perfect home for the last months.

Perfect flat to stay a month or month, the interior design is super cool and it's in a perfect location less than 3 blocks from the metro and buses, around 20 mins from the barceloneta beach using public transport. Really enjoyable stay and the landlord Alexis has been great at every moment, would definitely consider coming back and recommend 100%!!
