Great location on a quiet street, nice comfortable flat, great bed and cotton sheets and towels. Kitchen missing a few things which we had to buy. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the location of this flat in Vinohrady: Easy walk to old town Steps away from Rigrovy Sady, Náměstí Miru. Quick tram ride (or walk) to Náměstí Jiřího z Poděbrad for farmer's market and coffee shops. Quiet street, building and neighbors. The furnishings are fully adequate. We were pleased that the bed was larger than it appeared in the listing. The tub shower has excellent water pressure. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Thank you for a wonderful 6 week stay!

I very much enjoyed my stay, and the location is amazing!

The apartment is located in beautiful area which is well connected to other parts of Prague (metro, tram). The internet connection is quick and stable, good for studying. The flat has many pictures on walls which are painted by the landlord, it has nice artist feeling. From my side there was no problem contacting the landlord. In case of any repair, the fix was done quickly. I fully recommend Irena as landlord.

Fantastic place, right in front of Bertramka tram stop, and incredibly well-equipped. Best suited for more than one person: very spacious and comfortable.

I had a very nice stay in this studio. When it comes to being close to stores, restaurants, etc. it is well located. It is well ventilated and the view is pretty even though you can see the ocean from a distance. It has all they offer that is practically all that you need to live comfortably. I received and hand-over the kitchen appliances, sofa-bed, washing machine, lamps, TV, router, hair dryer in good condition. On the other side the bathroom is older and the shower, sink and toilet are a bit worn-out the same as the iron machine and some of the furniture on the living/dining room. I think they can improve the cleanliness of the studio. When I received the studio it was not as clean as you expect, there was dust in furniture, closet, etc. and mold in the shower and toilet. My experience with the Land owner: First of all I congratulate them in relation to the answer on the emergency line. I called them few times, for simple issues, they always respond and gave me the solution immediately. I think this is important for a tenant. Also, the person who take over the studio was very kind to let us left the keys 2 hours after the check out time (11 am). In my opinion I had a good reason for being delayed and I will explain why on the next paragraphs. In relation to administrative issues I didn´t have an adequate response on the following: * I requested to extend my stay, they accepted it and gave me the prices and availability. The next day I accepted, however, the day after they notified me that they had rented the studio to someone else. This caused me great inconveniences since it was only 2 days before having to hand back the studio. I would have expected them to at least call me to ask me if I wanted to confirm the extension, and to respect that my request came first, but they unfortunately didn't do so. That was very inconvinient for me and left me very little time to arrange all to deliver the studio on time. So I end up delivering it 2 hours after the check-out time but surely I left the keys in a cleaner studio than the one I received.. * They never send me the handover certificate already filled in and signed even I requested it several times. In general this is a study I recommend. taking into account to prevent administrative issues.

The flat was very good. Some problems sometimes but in general it vas a real pleasure !

Very cosy and comfortable studio and great communication with landlord. Experienced an unforseen issues with keys during my stay, and even though they were out of town, it was fixed within an hour.

Well appointed apartment, with all facilities; very much a used home, rather than a rental property with a minimum purchase from IKEA. Highly recommended!

We spent 1 month in this beautiful Villa. Everything was perfect. Near the village of Zrnovo, it’s quiet and really beautiful. Sunrise view from the terrasse and the rooms are incredible. The house is really chill and it has everything. Hosts Nives and Sina are really helpful and sympathic! You really feel the nature around and the sea view from the hilltop is beautiful too. Thanks for this amazing stay!

Zoltan’s flat was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The flat is centrally located making it ideal for walking to services and attractions. Zoltan is a gracious host and quickly communicates when needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.
