Everything was perfect!

Eva is a super host. Very kind and understanding. And she is very responsive with all of your messages. The place is spacious and clean. It has washing machine and drying machine (which helped a great deal during the cold season). The only thing with is it is a bit far from the town center so give yourself about 20 minutes to get to the busy areas. But if you enjoy staying in the outskirts areas then this is a perfect place for you.

We had a really lovely time at this flat. The location is good, it's a 15 min walk to the downtown area where all the bars etc. are, but it was peaceful at night. There are also plenty of food options nearby, useful shops, bakeries, and some nice places to walk. It felt like a little more of a 'local’ area where we got a feel of the real Porto. The flat itself is cute and cosy, and the kitchen had enough space for us to cook together and is well stocked with equipment. The bathroom was nice and clean and modern, particularly the shower which was really nice with great water pressure. There's a little outside bit, shared with a few other flats, and for a few hours in the middle of the day it would get the sun, which was really nice for sunbathing and working outdoors, and also very useful for drying clothes. Andreia and Andres kindly provided us with many of the toiletries and cleaning products we needed which was very much appreciated! The wifi is reliable and fast and we both managed to work remotely from the flat together a lot of the time, and even managed to both have virtual meetings at the same time (one upstairs one downstairs) only needing to speak a little bit quietly! The flat was well supplied with clean towels, and spare bedding, and a couple of blankets for if it got cold (it didn't). The only issue we had was that there were quite a few power cuts during our time there - generally any time we turned the washing machine or the oven on at the same time as the stove. This just meant that we had to correctly time things to make sure we didn’t have too many appliances on at the same time. Other than this we really loved our time here, and we loved Porto. Andreia and Andres are super helpful and responsive and made stay as comfortable as possible. We'd recommend this place for location, cost, modern living, local amenities, and having great hosts. I have stayed several times in Paola's apartment and it is always a pleasant experience.

Pavel is a gracious host as many have previously mentioned. The property is modern, well equipped and well provisioned. The bed is the most comfortable I'm slept on in Prague. Wifi is great, well secured doors and windows in a nice residential building.

Fresh and cozy apartment in a lovely neighborhood, within walking distance from Porto city center. The landlord was friendly, helpful and easy to cooperate with. Recommend this place!

Sonia is a kind person and always available. She made me feel at home. The apartment is very well cared for and equipped with all comforts.

The apartment was perfect! It was well-equipped, cozy, the sea view was amazing, and the air quality was fresh, which was important for us. (No mold or mustiness.) It is also perfect for longer stays; we stayed there for over a month. You could not find any better hosts than Filipa and her spouse. We really enjoyed their hospitality and our conversations. That was my second staying here and everything went just great. José and his son are fantastic and helpful landlords. The flat is very comfortable and well-equipped. Definitely, I am going to stay here once again if possible :)

The apartment is great, it has everything one might need for both a short or long stay. The location is also very good, with trams that get to the city centre in less than 20 mins. I highly recommend this flat!

I stayed at the House of the Rising Sun for a little over a month, and found it to be the perfect home base for my digital nomad adventure in Madeira. The unit is a standalone detached home with two floors. Every appliance one could possibly need - washer, dishwasher microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc. - made for a convenient and comfortable stay. The Internet is reliable; and well suited for video calls. Luis was a responsive, thorough, and friendly landlord.

Excellent place. Very cute, clean newly equipped and super central in the heart of Lisbon. We had a great stay.

The studio was fabulous! Great space, wonderful location. Some of the kitchen supplies could be updated or added to - pots with no handles, no Tupperware, only one cloth - but everything was adequate. It does mention this in the description, but there is no oven! Which I was surprised about, but shouldn't have been. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, everything was pretty clean when I arrived, and the laundry machine was a godsend. The overall space is pretty large for a studio! For the most part, Eliska was a great landlord! Responded promptly, especially when the wifi was out for an evening, and when the hot water heater was not working for ~24 hours. She is kind and prompt! There was a bit of a disagreement after checkout about the state of the apartment. I had chatted with her via WhatsApp about what the expectations were, but after I left she messaged me saying it was not up to snuff, although I had completed everything discussed in the WhatsApp. She was very kind throughout this whole process, but just an FYI to SCRUB everything down, take videos when you arrive and when you leave, and get a very specific list of expectations before you head out. Overall though, definitely recommend this stay.

It was a wonderful experience staying at the junior flat. The manager is personable and professional. She was attentive to any need I had. Both Eve and Eugene were extremely helpful and made my almost two month stay very peacefu and pleasant.

Amazing location in the centre, close to supermakets and beach. Very large flat fully equipped with great internet to work and landlors always available to help. Would highly recommend

The location was perfect, close to everything you like to known Valencia. The apartment was good and comfortable. The Internet was no great, if you need a fast internet you have to go to a Co-Work space or a cafe.

I decided to rent this apartment for two basic reasons: 1) beautiful pictures on the website (in reality it was even more beautiful), 2) the location which is close to the nature (perfect for those who seek peaceful environment and love to practice outdoor sports) . After three months of staying I can put the third reason 3) the kindness and professionalism of the landlord (always available, fast response). In short, I am very grateful for this experience. Eduardo was always responsive and tried to accommodate to my needs. Very friendly and professional, checked in twice during the stay to ask if everything was okay.

This flat is an absolute gem - it is perfect for either a short visit or a longer stay, it is so comfortable and has exactly what you need, it gets all the afternoon sun and has a roof terrace for the morning. It is quiet and the wifi is great to work with. Paula and her family are fantastic - so quick to respond, happy to help with advice or questions, and great personalities all round. Could not recommend more!
