I had a marvelous time here. The owner is really sweet, and very helpful for every situation ! The appartment is beautiful, with everything you might need ! I felt right at home during those 5 months. Would recommend without hesitation !

The apartment was great. The location in was a five minute walk from the train (west to Cascais, not the underground), and a one minute walk from a few very delicious cafes and restaurants. Many bus lines were on the corner right outside the apartment - very convenient! The apt itself was very cute, with a bed in the attic space that our teenager loved as her bedroom. We rented this space as we transitioned from the USA to PT as a permanent move. We are learning Portuguese and moved to a more heavily Portuguese neighborhood (Ajuda) after staying in Santos, but Santos was perfect for tue transition as many shop and cafe owners in the immediate area could speak some English. Not that you should rely eon this. It’s your job to learn Portuguese, not their job to know English! But that being said, it was helpful for a smooth transition. I would definitely recommend this apt!

Pedro was a great landlord. I never met him but he was communicative and he always made sure problems or issues were fixed. I liked the location of the apartment. It's in the center and it's close to the tourist spots. I lived here for a year and I have no regrets. The bathroom is tiny but it was okay for me since I lived alone and I'm also a small person. The bedroom was cozy and the living room was spacious enough for me. I would have stayed longer if it wasn't already booked after my contract.

I have lived in this apartment for five months and I couldn't be more delighted. Alena is always willing to help, answers very fast and tries to fix any inconvenience as quickly as possible. The apartment is beautiful, modern and equipped with everything you may need. Also, the zone is wonderful. Very close to the centre, just 10 minutes by train; and surrounded by a castle and a lot of vegetation. I would definitely recommend this apartment, my experience has been perfect.

Luísa is a great host and we truly enjoyed staying at her house. The house has everything one needs for a comfortable stay and a magnificent ocean view on top of that!

The apartment is truly fabulous aesthetically with all of the comforts for a truly luxurious lodging experience. The location is prime as well for shopping and touring the city. The landlords are extremely amiable and obliging with any requests. Therefore, I highly recommend renting from them.

The appartment is well located in the City Center. Bus stop and Shop around. The appartment is nice and simple. It has all the necessary equipment for long stays. Highly recommended.

Julian is prone to fast replies and very helpful in all of those. The apartment is very well located in front of Bertramka Tram stop, you can go downtown quickly in 15 - 20 minutes. It is a very comfortable and clean apartment, the kitchen is impressive, the only complaint I would have is the lack of a microwave, but you can solve that using the oven. I would return and stay again in the same place, really recommend it.

This is a great house in a very nice place) The location is just excellent! The house has been recently renovated, there were not big flaws but they are minor. Garage for the car right inside the house, it's very convenient. There is everything you need within walking distance. We lived in January and it was sometimes cool, but the owner of the apartment installed additional heaters. Great owner, always ready to help! Thank you!

The apartment was perfect, it had everything I needed and was well equipped. The only things he doesn't have are a colander, oven mitts, and a toaster (I made all of my meals in the apartment for a month). There were a million towels in the apartment, so I used them instead of oven mitts. The internet was great for streaming and it never cut out. There is also a full-sized ironing board and iron. The apartment was clean when I arrived and I cleaned it when I left. The only problem I had was with the boiler/hot water heater. The water pressure in it went too low several times to where the boiler turned off, but it is an easy fix that takes 5 seconds. If it happens to you, just ask the landlord how to fix it. If the boiler says "FO," it's the water pressure in the boiler. Michal, the landlord (who is incredibly helpful), said that he would get someone to fix it permanently. Also, the boiler is on a timer. If you need to take a shower at an off time, just turn the boiler on and 30 minutes later, you will have enough hot water for at least a 30 minute shower. The location is perfect, as well. There is a grocery store (Lidl) a 5-minute walk away. You can also get your toiletries (at DM) a 5-minute walk away from the apartment. Finally, there are two tram stops within a 5 minute slow walk from the apartment. I would definitely rent this place again.

Manuela and José are very special people. Always attentive for any help required. We had the great pleasure of treating Manuela personally and she was a very kind person. The apartment is very complete with all the necessary things for a nice stay. The bakery, the nearby markets, the butcher shop, etc. make the place a special place. Transport is very easy to access which allows you to get to know Lisbon and its surroundings very easily.

Majitel ubytování byl velmi milý, přátelský a komunikace s ním byla bezproblémová. Pokud se objevil nějaký problém, byl schopný ho okamžitě vyřešit. Byt nabízel klidné a tiché prostředí, i když se nacházel přímo v centru města. Ubytování splnilo všechna moje očekávání a bez váhání bych ho doporučil dalším zájemcům.

I trully recommend Sergio's place. It is located in the most beautiful area of Sintra region, Sergio is super helpful and friendly host and the apartment is very cozy and convenient. The internet works very well.
