A lovely place that invites good community spirit, loved the hand-picked mix of furniture, unique vintage flair in the common room, set in a very authentic local neighborhood with trees and nice coffees around the corner. Everything that was additionally needed was taken care of by the manager. If you are sensitive to noise, you should communicate that to flatmates, because you can hear through the doors.

My experience exceeded expectations. Communication with Susana was quick and easy, she was always ready to help!
The flat felt like home...but better. I dreamed to wake up and see the ocean through the window, and my dreams totally came true at this place! Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was a pleasant bonus.
There was everything you would need for a long stay. Comfortable beds, lots of kitchen supplies, spacious rooms, huge terrace, linen, towels, washing machine, fast Internet (which was vital for me).
I would love to come back there one day :)

Roman and his family are perfect hosts and responded quickly to any questions we had. The property is in immaculate condition with a FULLY supplied kitchen, comfortable bed and in a great location with with easy tram 22 and 13. Bohemians stop and stadium is 3 blocks away. Wonderful owners that take pride in their apartment.

Location is superb with a short walking distance to the Old Town, to Kazimierz or for example to convenience stores.

Neighborhood is bustling with activity, however when you go inside the building it's very calm and quiet. It's also secure with CCTVs and code locked doors.

Apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a long-term stay. Seamless self check-in and check-out. Wifi is quick and stable. Smart-TV with YouTube, Netflix etc. is a bonus.

Guillaume is an experienced host so he knows what he's doing. Good communications, quick on the response.

Very cozy apartment for two people. Well-equipped, there is everything you need. Nice quiet area. It doesn't take long to get downtown. You can also run on Margaret Island for sports enthusiasts.

I highly recommend Paulo and his apartment. I travel quite a lot. But, in my opinion, it was the best stay I've ever had!

The apartment was clean and cozy with an amazing view of the ocean. Paulo is just a great person and made our stay unforgettable. He was open to supporting us with all our questions, suggested local restaurants, and tourist routes.

I rented the apartment for a bit over 2 weeks as I worked in the area. For me it was a great location - a 15 minute walk from work. The U1 is literarlly a 10 second walk from the building entrance. For my purposes it was a very good fit. I did not make any requests to Birgit but she seems like someone who would assist if there was a need. I would for sure recommend if looking for a rental. One final point, the location is close to the Danube it is a 10 walk to an enromous "green recreation area" and you can enjoy the nature, run, and walk for many kilometers.

The flat is very spacious and clean with high ceiling and many windows. Comfortable bed. Moderately equipped kitchen. No microwave or cutting board. Great location to public transportation, shopping, and a beautiful park. Only 2 bath towels provided (no hand towels). Owner never responded to our request for more. The check -out cleaning policy was vague, as we were told to leave the flat "in the same condition as we found it". That meant laundering sheets and towels, which is difficult to do with an an early morning flight! The vacuum cleaner was broken, so my husband fixed it so we could sweep. Overall loved the flat for our month-long stay, but owner was not responsive to needs/requests/questions.
