Great, well equipped and situated flat. In walking distance to the city centre but nice and quiet. Really appreciated the balcony with sun in the morning, and the well equipped kitchen.

The apartment in Buarcos is well equipped in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Pedro was very a very attentive landlord and we could not ask for more.

Virag and Tamas were great hosts. Always available to answer any question. I arrived late at night and they had no issues to handed me the keys at that hour and bring me coffee!! They are truly nice people.

The location of the apartment is amazing if you like quiet place with green nature around you. We've been there for one month while working remotely on our laptops. The WiFi connection is really good and covers whole apartment without any issues. I recommend to take external keyboard for your laptop in case you will be there working for longer time period as it allows you to put the laptop on higher place on the working table which is more comfortable. The equipment in the apartment contains everything which you usually need and in case you are missing something, the owner is willing to lend it to you. The apartment offers 3 rooms in total, first one has window facing to the street and doors as well, second room does not have any windows or doors, third has doors and window which opens just to the hallway, but this is quite usual on canary islands from what we heard.

Esa's apartment is amazing! The view is breathtaking, great location and it has a very nice desk with a desk chair to be able to get work done. Esa's son Lauri is always available in case you have any questions and showed me around the apartment when I arrived. Madeira is a fantastic island and I will definitely be back.

Eszter was from the start very attentive and willing to help with anything. The place was just like the pictures, very comfortable and with the necessary equipment. Very satisfied with my stay.

The apartment has 1 (bed + living) room with 2 single beds, a bathroom, and a kitchen. It is comfortable for 2 people. PROs: * Location is central. * Apartment had almost everything that we needed. * Landlord was nice. Possible improvements: * An oven. * Curtains for the (bed + living) room.

Ha sido un gusto absoluto alojarme en el piso de Anabela. El departamento es muy cómodo y tiene todo el equipamiento necesario para vivir cómodamente. Anabela ha sido muy atenta en cada detalle y siempre dispuesta a ayudarme, volviendo mi estadía una gran experiencia.

Apartment had most of the things you might need for a few weeks stay. The only thing we missed was a little more storage space in the room. Apart from that - clean, new, well-equipped apartment in a good price in the center of Ponta Delgada. Also - be sure to check out the coworking space, if you are planning to work or learn during your stay. It's really lovely:)

Byt byt utulny, velmi prijemny, hezky vybaveny, postel velmi pohodlna. Lokalita super- občanská vybavenost, pesky do centra a veškerá doprava na blizku. Majitelka je ochotna a mila a byt rozhodne doporucuji!

I agree with the comment below - Claúdia really is the best landlady ever! She is very communicative, helpful, easy going and will go that extra mile to make your stay is the best. She lent me a hairdryer and spare sheets while I was staying in her flat and was super helpful in making wonderful suggestions for where to buy beautiful Portuguese pottery and where to eat. She also helped me find a place to do a Covid test on a bank holiday weekend. She is really kind and keen to know how to improve the experience of her tenants. Quite honestly, I could have lived in Claúdia's flat forever. I thoroughly enjoyed the flat and the washing machine was such a plus for me because I was lugging my laundry to the launderette at the previous place I stayed. The flat is quiet, the internet is incredibly fast and the flat is very nicely decorated and well-equipped. The only downsides, which are not really downsides, is that you have to go up 4 flights of (narrow, spiral) stairs (great exercise) and the slanted roof in the bathroom and bedroom can sometimes mean that you bump your head occasionally if you are tall. But quite honestly, this has been one of the best flats I have rented and I would love to be able to stay here again in the future. Thank you so much Claúdia!

very good place and awesome customer service

The flat is absolutely beautiful, I had an amazing time staying here. For such a dense city the flat felt extremely light and airy. Also the ground floor position is an underappreciated treat for anyone who doesn't want three flights of stairs every time they leave and enter. The kitchen is well equipped and I cooked often. Eszter is always friendly and helped with every problem I had (which were very few). My only small criticism is that at the time of my stay there was a large time difference between us, which made some replies slower than desired.
