The property manager was really nice and came even on a Sunday to fix something in the house.
The property however needs some checking, there was a weird noise coming from the entrance area outside of the 4th floor and the smoke detectors probably needs to be changed.
Except for that, the apartment has everything that you need and the location is super, right in the center

New, nice accomodation with everything what you need for living - fully equiped kitchen and dryer for clothes. Private bathroom for each room. You can also heat your room with Air condition. Good access by car, and location is center of city. With accomodation you get place in cowork office. And people who offer this accomodation are very kind.

Landlord:
Norbert has been a the best landlord. He has managed everything for the smooth handover of the flat at a comfortable time for us. Also, we got everything that we need in the flat, and Norbert from time to time checks over the phone if everything is okay. Once we got one small issue when we have to access the electricity service room and Norbert reach out late at night to help us.

Flat:
The flat is super cozy. One has everything that is needed for standard operations, (dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, fully equipped kitchen). There is a great small terrace with sitting with real grass so except winter great for morning coffee :)
The Internet also has been stable, and the telly is good as well (it has google tv).
A great benefit is the blackout jalousie/shields which make very comfortable nights and mornings.

Neighborhood:

Perfect neighborhood for the children as there is plenty of playgrounds, bigger grocery stores, and a place to have some lunch and coffee within walking distance. If you want to explore Bratislava downtown you can take a direct bus to the city center (12 minutes).
The neighborhood is very calm and you feel however there are lots of flats the people in here are settled as a community

A very kind and helpful landlord. He helped me throughout my stay in Warsaw and provided me with anything I needed. Communicative, positive and very active. The flat was perfect, clean and had a nice ambience. Also in a very convenient location.

The apartment is exactly as in the pictures. It is nice, clean and spacious but there is not much daylight during the day. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances (just note there are no wine glasses :).
The owner communicated promptly, there was an issue with internet and the owner brought a mobile internet immediately so I appreciated that.
Some things to note:
- you will need to pick up the key in the owner´s office (close to the train station), but if you are coming from an airport a detour is necessary.
- the street has weird numbering and the apartment is not where it looks on the flatio map (or google maps), it is about 7 minute walk from IP Pavlova, but that is actually a good thing cause it´s in a nicer, quiet area (IP Pavlova is full of bars, night public transport transfer hub so very loud during the night).
Overall I was very satisfied with the communication and the apartment.

Cristina could not have been more friendly and helpful and the apartment was great. The apartment was very clean, had all the amenities, and a beautiful view from the balcony. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, and the market right next door was convenient for food. I stayed for 3 weeks and greatly enjoyed this rental.

A charming apartment perfectly located, walking distance to all major site seeing locations. Smack in the center of the city, walking distance to metro and train stations. Surrounded by many nice restaurants, cafes, bakeries and supermarket. The view from the bedroom window is priceless.

The flat is modern and cozy and has a great location! you can walk to many pubs and restaurants. Metro and tram nearby, as well as shops. The flat is like it appears in the pictures. The furniture is modern and you find a well equipped kitchen. Amazing mattress and very quiet for sleeping! The area is not touristy at all, a lot of everyday life going on here - the real prague so to say. Plus: the real štrudl-house nearby :)
Lukaš has been very friendly and communication was always prompt and friendly too. Overall - I can definitely recommend!

Cooperation with Gabriela worked perfectly! She was always easy to reach and ready to help.

The apartment is great for a shorter stay and the location is just perfect. It is also very quiet and I never had any problems with any noisy neighbours. The bathroom is big and clean with a washing machine, which was great. Even if the apartment is very small, there was a lot of space for my own things like clothes and sports equipment. The biggest minus for me was, that if you like cooking, there's no oven and the stove is also very slow. Of course it is not possible to have a bigger one in that kind of apartment, but for a longer stay and if you need to work from home, it is maybe not ideal.

All in all I was very satisfied and I can warmly recommend Gabriela and her apartment! :)
