A charming apartment perfectly located, walking distance to all major site seeing locations. Smack in the center of the city, walking distance to metro and train stations. Surrounded by many nice restaurants, cafes, bakeries and supermarket. The view from the bedroom window is priceless.

The flat is modern and cozy and has a great location! you can walk to many pubs and restaurants. Metro and tram nearby, as well as shops. The flat is like it appears in the pictures. The furniture is modern and you find a well equipped kitchen. Amazing mattress and very quiet for sleeping! The area is not touristy at all, a lot of everyday life going on here - the real prague so to say. Plus: the real štrudl-house nearby :)
Lukaš has been very friendly and communication was always prompt and friendly too. Overall - I can definitely recommend!

Cooperation with Gabriela worked perfectly! She was always easy to reach and ready to help.

The apartment is great for a shorter stay and the location is just perfect. It is also very quiet and I never had any problems with any noisy neighbours. The bathroom is big and clean with a washing machine, which was great. Even if the apartment is very small, there was a lot of space for my own things like clothes and sports equipment. The biggest minus for me was, that if you like cooking, there's no oven and the stove is also very slow. Of course it is not possible to have a bigger one in that kind of apartment, but for a longer stay and if you need to work from home, it is maybe not ideal.

All in all I was very satisfied and I can warmly recommend Gabriela and her apartment! :)

Michael is the best owner you could ask for. He really cares about the apartments and his tenants, very communicative, really nice and thoughtful. other than that, the apartment is perfect! great location, good facilities and feels like home.

the owner is very nice and helpful. The house is in a perfect location and there is everything you need. If we want to find a small flaw it is that there are no heaters where the toilet is. If I ever return to Prague I would not hesitate to contact him

The home was decently clean and Birgit was very responsive. I would rate the apartment 4 stars, average cleanliness, basic amenities, but really amazing location right on the U1 line and near so many takeout restaurants.

Very clean. Beatiful balcony, fast wifi and good location.

Only downside is that it can get a bit loud in the night since there is a bar on the other side of the street.

Nemůžu si představit lepší bydlení. Apartmán je krásný a plně vybavený, má všechno, co můžete potřebovat v případě dlouhodobého pronájmu. Lokalita je skvělá, velmi blízko do centra Prahy. Spolupráce s majitelem byla výborná, vždycky velmi rychle reagoval a řešil všechny problémy. A vůbec nevadilo, že jsme bydleli v apartmánu s pejskem, majitel má domácí mazlíčky velmi rád, to je skvělé. :)

Really liked staying in this flat. It's cute has a pretty view from the living room and has everything needed. Well located 5m walk from the metro station Santa-Apolonia which makes travel quite easy. Obrigado Diana!

The flat was freshly renovated with taste. The location is perfect in the middle of the village. Internet works great. Owner/manager was always available in case of issues.
There is a washing machine in the kitchen!
I cannot wait to stay there again!
