Incredible 1 month stay in Ponta Delgada. The apartment is totally new and really well equipped with all basic needs for living and some more. Really nice terrace. 15 mins walk from the city and also the beaches in Sao Roque, but only 5 mins from a swimming area (Cais). Lot of parking spots in the surroundings.
The owner, Jose, helped us a lot in all he could and had some nice details that made our time there really comfortable.

Lovely apartment with a great view overlooking the landscaped garden. Short walk to tram, metro, bus and shopping center at Borislavka. Martin and Klara were very hospitable and helpful whenever we needed assistance. I highly recommend this accommodation.

My husband and me stayed in this apartment for two months due to the reconstruction of our flat which was uninhabitable at that time. The apartment is located in a quiet house and all the equipment is in good condition and looks like as in the photos (very clean). Eliška is really nice, communicative person who takes care of you. In case we need to stay again in Prague, we will definitely return to this apartment.

The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished. I was especially pleased with the kitchen as it had plenty of counter space and every pot, pan and dish you could need for cooking at home, even less common things like an immersion blender. Feel Porto was very responsive any time I had a question or concern. I would stay with them again next time I am in Porto.

Vitor was a great landlord, the apartment was perfect! Big bed, brilliant bathroom and good powerful shower. Kitchen is not huge ut perfect for 1 or 2 people!

The location was also superb and I'd recommend it to anyone, planning on going back to the same apartment myself!

The attention to detail in making the apartment readily available was as excellent as it gets. The landlord made sure that everything that was advertised was as neat as possible in a very professional manner. If something was out of place he would solve the situation as fast as possible. The only main problem came when we needed contract documentation to get a temporal resident permit, we tried for 3 months to get the appropriate documentation to deliver to the ministry of interior and the cooperation with the landlord was quite deplorable and we did not receive the final document and had to send a letter to cancel the application and leave the country. So, unless you need a resident permit, the experience is a 10/10.

The flat is as nice as shown in the photos. I stayed there with my wife for almost a month, and we had a great time. The location is amazing: at the center of Barcelona, 4 min. walk from Plaça de Catalunya, thus close to basically everything one needs: supermarkets, various types of stores, restaurants, bars, etc. The connection to other parts of the city via public transport is excellent. Anabela, the owner, is another highlight of renting this apartment. She helped us with literally everything we needed, and was extremely attentive and kind. I strongly recommend this flat to anyone interested in getting to know this beautiful city.

The apartment is located in a very convenient area, and it was pretty clean when we got there. The apartment is very spacious and quiet. The host was very amiable and helpful.

PROS:

CONS:
There's a problem with wifi in the corner of the living room where tv stands. It makes watching Netflix difficult sometimes (it might be a problem, but you can neither move the router nor the tv).
The water heater is not very modern/eco, and it takes time for water to warm. It's not easy to adjust it easily.
The pans are old. We needed to buy one.

To sum up: I would revisit this place, and I can highly recommend it.
