Very nice, practical and cozy apartment. Very good location. Karolina was very communicative and helpful. We stayed for 4 months in this apartment and we liked it very much.

Our stay at Isabel’s place was excellent! The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The patio and exterior storage areas are very convenient. Isabel was an accommodating landlord!

Great flat to work and discover Ponta Delgada. Happy to come here again.

The apt is in a good state and the location is perfect. Unfortunately, the landlord wasn't really cooperative and broke contract terms on several points, which made my stay suboptimal – to say the least. - First, the internet didn't work properly, although I informed about this in advance due to my remote work. The landlord confirmed this, but then simply blamed the issues on citywide upgrades and wasn't willing to provide any alternative (I bought a mobile 5g hotspot to get by). - Secondly, the doorbell wasn't working. I was promised it would be fixed during my check-in, but it wasn't. Of course this was not a dealbreaker but still quite inconvenient, especially when getting things delivered from Amazon etc. - Third, the landlord tried to have me out of the apt well before the checkout time in the contracts. Mistakes can happen, but we confirmed this in writing during check-in and I even reminded about this the night before checkout. However, they still sent 2 cleaners almost 6 hours before the checkout who kept waited at my door – very disturbing during my workday. Even contacting Flat.io didn't help as they couldn't do anything and the landlord didn't replied to them either. Unfortunately therefore I can't recommend to book this.

Very clean, modern, and practical, comfortable for a stay in the city. The location is perfect for access to the city, e.g. it is only a 5-10 minute walk to the cathedral or the famous fruit market. The owner was very helpful every time we asked, including providing us with transportation on arrival and departure and sending us the address of a nearby electronics store so we could find a computer cord we had left at home.

Good place to stay, rooms are nice, clean and in very good condition. Kitchen is big and there’s nothing missing in everyday cooking. The Landlord is kind and understanding, good communication in english. Neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet (during the night too). Good public transport, especially to the city center - 20mins by direct tram, and there is also a night tram. A lot of greenery and parks around.

The apartment was exactly what I wanted for my stay in Budapest. It was roomy, comfortable and had all the necessary items needed. The location was quiet and convenient to all public transportation but a walkable neighborhood to feel like a local. The rental was a smooth process and my contact with Jobelhome was always available and helpful for whatever I needed. I only wish I would have booked a longer stay!

Útulné bydlení v pěkné části Jinonic. Blízko od stanice metra. Parkovat se dá v blízkosti domu. Velmi milí majitelé.

The apartment is perfect for a longer stay. Well equipped kitchen, very new bathroom with hot water and comfortable bed. It is a bit dark and not so easy to get fresh air in, but I would for sure come again. Joana and Andrea were very nice and very helpful.

The apartment was very nice. The roof was the best part. Our stay there was really enjoyable. And the landlord was friendly and easy to connect to.

Maria Teresa is very responsive and helpful. She was accommodating. The apartment is as shown in photos. Nice location and most everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Dohoda s pronajímatelkou byla rychlá a vše bylo v pořádku.

It is well ubicated, the supermarkets, tram and metro are very close, it is very safe, it is very good illuminated, the internet is very good (also for home office), quiet, and the cooperation with the landlord was not needed, everything works well. It is small but nice :), we were there 1.5 months. Thank you Evgeny and Alina!

This was a wonderful home and Ana is a wonderful owner. She is very kind, communicative and flexible. If there is any problem she is always available. We even had to move out earlier than we expected and she was generous and understanding. I really appreciate all she did for me and my family. Ana went above and beyond for us as well! When we were still in the United States, Ana was very communicative in helping sign the copy of the lease we agreed to through Flatio and adding an amendment to ensure my wife was on the lease (which the lease is not normally naming two people). This was exactly what we needed to get our initial visas with SEF and I cannot thank Ana enough for her help. I highly recommend this apartment and Ana to anyone. -Scott
