Nagyon szerettem ott lakni, mindenkinek ajánlom!

Although the apartment only has one bedroom, all the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The owner, Frederico, is very approachable, kind, and friendly.

Male chyby co se týče bydleni prvních par dni bylo dosti zima a musela jsem připomenout aby zatopily.
Z vedením nebyl žádný problém.

Konstantin es un propietario excelente, super atento a todo.

Superb location and very comfortable. Kitchen was a bit limited but only a problem if you were going to stay for long periods and do a lot of self catering.

Studio très bien placé dans le centre et confortable malgré l'escalier et la très basse mezzanine.
Agnès est une personne très gentille et accommodante.

Me and my friend stayed in this apartment for about 4 months and we were really happy with it. It really felt like a home and the host was always super helpful and sweet. The location is also very convenient. We would really recommend this!

Ágota is a great host, very friendly, helpful and patient. The flat is the calm area away from noise at night, close to parks and castles. There are few nice bakeries and restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay at this flat again. Strong WiFi. Everything was excellent.

The apartment was extremely well located, charming and clean. It had everything I needed for a great stay.

The stay itself was pleasant. Cátia is the most pleasant host I've met, she contacted me in advance and was ready to help at any step of the way.

The apartment comes with nuances that not necessarily need fixing, it's just something that should be taken into consideration before booking. It's pretty dim inside , though the front and the only window panel is huge, it doesn't give the apartment any light and lacks privacy in some way. The biggest issue was with bathroom dwellers, occasional bugs and especially ants. Ants were everywhere at some point and it was difficult to get rid of them, even though the apartment had a insect repellent installed. Probably that has to do with the ground floor location and the damp season.

Despite some minor flaws, I really liked the flow of the apartment. The way it's pretty convertible for working, resting or hosting board games nights or dinners for a group of 4. The location is not central, but it has nice public transport access and is in walkable distance to the ocean. There are corner shops, cafes and a shopping center nearby. All in all it was quite serene.

Nice, cozy apartment with good public transport connections to the centre of Prague. Its freshly built, everything is working - all that you need for comfortable stay

The apartment was large, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. It’s located close enough to visit the beach often, walk to restaurants, and a 10 minute drive from some great hikes. If I had friends or family visiting Calheta I would certainly recommend this apartment and I would love to stay here again.

Great apartment, very helpful host!

Beautiful apartment snd the host was very helpful and approachable with everything i needed.

The most comfortable house with a great location. Extremely organized and so hospitable. Zoltan and Katie are so so sweet and welcoming. I absolutely enjoyed my 2 weeks in Budapest, thanks to them.

Very nice flat, in a safe area. It is a little far from the city center but still easily accessible throught public transportation. I enjoyed my stay a lot, and the owner was always available if I needed anything! It

Agnes is hospitable and easy to talk to. We moved in smoothly into her place. The location is accessible via different modes of transportation and has many nearby restaurants.

It was a truly wonderful month. Thanks to this place I rented from the owner, my stay in Budapest was absolutely fantastic. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the room was very clean. The location was also great, which was a huge help. The owner was so kind and always made me feel welcome. I’m truly grateful. Thank you.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. The entire apartment itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and all the amenities and public transport are within a really short walking distance.
What truly made this experience exceptional was the host: Elvan is a lovely and really welcoming person. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and at home; throughout my stay, we had the opportunity to spend time together, sharing conversations, cooking meals, and enjoying many pleasant moments.
I absolutely recommend staying at her place to anyone visiting Istanbul.

This was an incredible experience. The communication was flawless, the location was incredible and the overall apartment was just what I was needed for this stay. Would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Budapest to stay here with them
