The apartment itself is very nice. It is warm, cozy, has plenty of storage, and has pretty much everything you could need. But what I really loved was the location. Just a quick walk across the street to the red line metro, and you can get anywhere in the city in minutes. 1 stop (about 1 minute) on the metro gets you to the major bus depot to go to the towns to the south of Prague.

Výborná, laskavá a péčlivá hostitelka. Byt byl velmi čistotný. Dobré dopravní spojení a příjemné prostředí. Ráda se tam budu vracet a mohu vřele doporučit.

Good experience

I loved this place. The neighbourhood is great, quiet and has everything you need. The building is a bit noisy so sometimes you hear peoples loud music. (Happened to me ones a week) I met David in a rush, he never bothered me during my stay, but if I had needed him I'm sure he would have helped me straight away. Only downsides are that most closet space is already filled so you're left with only one with dificult sized drawers with a chair in front of it. And there's no vacuumcleaner, so there are always some crumbs and dust on the floor. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Der Hausherr war äusserst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Bad und der Gang waren stets sauber. Ruhe war auch gewährleistet.

Amazing little flat, perfect for a couple to share. Our 4 months here were beautiful and well enjoyed. The flat’s views and silent evenings, as well as it’s great location and ability to get around very easily using public transportation are a perfect combination for a short or long term stay.

I spent approx. two month in Zuzana’s beautifully furnished and modern apartment during my semester abroad and I felt home in Prague from day one after moving in. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos shown in the profile and includes all necessities, which are needed for the daily life. I would like to positively highlight the great communication, hospitality and flexibility of Zuzana. She is a fantastic landlord and throughout my whole stay we had a great correspondence and she was caring and helpful. Moreover Žižkov/ Vinohrady (where the apartment is located) is a great neighbourhood with numerous cafés, restaurants, bars, shops or the well-known farmers market at Jiřího z Poděbrad square, which is just around the corner. Particularly expats like me will appreciate the area, since everyone speaks English and fluency in Czech is not necessary. Due to the proximity to the metro line A the city centre can be also reached within 10 to 15 minutes. All in all, I had a great time staying in Zuzana’s apartment and everything ran smoothly without any unpleasant incidents. If I will come back to Prague, I will most definitely want to stay at her place again and I can recommend the apartment to everyone, who is looking for a beautiful, clean and cosy place to stay in order to make the most out of his stay in Prague!

Adam has been a great landlord and has quickly solved the minor issues that we had. The flat is really nice and close to the city centre, the neighborhood is great and quiet. I have really liked this flat and I would like to reccomend it.

I am very happy with the choice of flat that we rented. It was very well equipped and in a perfect location within easy walking distance to the center of town and close to public transport links. Anytime we had a concern, the landlord addressed it and was very kind and understanding. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from Mrs. Kučerová again in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Super quiet, very comfortable, new apartment in the best location in Prague. Square with church at Jiriho z Podebrad (there is a Farmers' market few times per week) and Zizkov TV Tower are nearby. Metro and tram in a walking distance. Highly recommended.

A wonderful flat with almost everything provided. If you have any problems, call Pavla and she is always there to fix it. This area is also a safe neighborhood so there’s nothing to worry about with a nice small park. Definitely will book again whenever I’m back in Prague!

Jsem naprosto nadšen nejen samotným bytem ale hlavně přístupem majitele. I místo na kterém se byt nachází je skvělé se vší občanskou vybaveností. Budeme tu na to rádi vzpomínat a všem toto bydlení vřele doporučuji
