Great accommodation with all you might need - plenty of space in wardrobes and such, a rather well-equipped kitchen (including salt and oil, which was a nice touch), a comfortable bed. Clean too.
Surprisingly good and frequent connection to the centre on workdays, yet close to nature.
Very nice and helpful host, always quick to offer help and solutions.
The apartment is a bit cold and dark, but that much is expected, clear from the description. The one true issue I had was the lock that glitched despite my best effort to follow the advice given.
Overall a wonderful place for the price.

We loved our stay at Luís's place. The surroundings are amazing and it's very tranquil but within easy reach of the supermarket and restaurants. Loved the view especially!

A minha estadia neste quarto na Ribeira Brava foi simplesmente excelente. O espaço era muito aconchegante, confortável e perfeito para descansar. Além disso, tinha uma pequena vista para o mar, o que tornava o ambiente ainda mais agradável e relaxante, especialmente ao fim do dia. A zona é também super calma e tranquila, ideal para quem procura descansar e aproveitar a estadia sem confusão ou barulho.
O quarto estava muito bem equipado e tinha tudo o que era necessário para uma estadia prática e confortável. A cozinha permitia preparar refeições facilmente, a casa de banho era funcional e limpa, e ainda havia máquina de lavar roupa, o que fez toda a diferença durante a estadia. O ar condicionado também foi uma grande vantagem, garantindo sempre uma temperatura confortável dentro do quarto.
A localização era outro ponto extremamente positivo, situava-se num ótimo lugar com supermercado mesmo por baixo do alojamento e perto de vários outros serviços públicos, cafés, restaurantes e transportes. Tudo ficava muito acessível, o que tornou os dias muito mais práticos e tranquilos. A vila da Ribeira Brava é incrível, muito bonita, calma e acolhedora, com uma atmosfera fantástica e paisagens maravilhosas.

Senti-me realmente bem recebido durante toda a estadia. O ambiente era muito agradável e deu para perceber o cuidado e atenção colocados no alojamento. Foi um lugar onde me senti confortável desde o primeiro momento.

Quero também agradecer imenso pela simpatia e compreensão que tiveram comigo, especialmente por me terem permitido ficar mais algum tempo no quarto. Esse gesto fez toda a diferença e mostrou uma grande atenção para com os hóspedes. Fico muito grato por toda a experiência e recomendaria este alojamento sem hesitar.

Good location. Comfortable stay

Very well situated appartment: vibrant area with nice coffees and restaurants, bookshops and all necessary stores. Brand new windows which make the flat very calm. This is rare in Athens ;-) very appreciated. Awesome bed with luxurious mattress ... Bedroom: of course the window in the bedroom has NOT a sea view ;-) but all in all it is spacious, well equipped and there is plenty of storage. The kitchen is a bit small indeed but functional; that's OK; The entryway has plenty of coat hooks, is quite large which is very nice. The living room is separated by a door; there is a very comfortable sofa with a large TV and a table that easily seats 4 to 6 people. Nice place to stay !

This place is amazing, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the kitchen is great. We cooked most of our own meals and it had an oven and dishwasher as well so it was very convenient. Plenty of space too!

I stayed with Pedro for a month between April and May and had a great stay. The room was beautiful, big and exactly as described. We had a call before the move and I saw the room. Pedro was really nice and welcoming. Had a great stay

The apartment was lovely, modern, clean and very convenient, it had every modern convenience you would need for a long or short stay.
Valentinos, his sister and his lovely Mama, were just the best host's, easy to talk too, always happy to help in anyway, always with a smile.

Agios Nikolaos town centre and the Sea Lake were 15mins walk down hill, the walk back was longer 22 mins or so as it was up hill but most properties on the edge of town are up hill..
There is a beach for sunbathing about 12 mins walk, again down hill, here you can rent boats and jetski's, you can also buy freshly made food too.

Sklavenitis supermaket was only 5minutes walk away, for all of you daily food needs, if you are staying home to eat.

An absolutely perfect stay! The house stands out for its modernity and exceptional good taste in decoration, radiating an incredibly positive energy from the moment you walk in. The accommodations are magnificent, combining unique comfort with impeccable cleanliness throughout. The surrounding area is beautiful, perfect for relaxing and unplugging from routine. Everything, except the problem with the door, was excellent. Even the problem with the door Erika solved really quickly. Thanks a lot for welcoming us and being such a sweet host! The apartment is the same as on the site: clean, good location, nice atmosphere. If you plan to visit Rome, either as a tourist or for a longer stay, I can definitely recommend this place.

The accommodation was really great. Everything was perfect, clean and new.
We stayed at the place for 3 weeks and really enjoyed the time. Especially the terasse with the view is absolutly amazing.

Petr je výborný prenajímateľ. Milý, ochotný, komunikatívny. Byt je starší, má svoje chybičky, ale za to je dosť priestraný a dá sa v ňom pohodlne bývať.

La ubicación inmejorable, está a 5 minutos a pie de la plaza principal de Zagreb.
Aunque la casa es un poco pequeña, tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia.

Everything went perfectly with our short-term rental, and João was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is very cozy and exactly as described. It is also well-equipped and ideally located, with all essential services nearby.

The apartment has everything that you might need. The area is quiet and safe, with good cafes, restaurants, bakeries and parks.
The owner is very nice and always available.
The area is also well connected to the city centre and public transport works well.

I'm so glad I found this wonderful place! Far from the bustling city, it offers stunning, breathtaking views. Waking up to a mountain view was a wonderful way to start the day. It was exactly what I was looking for for a week-long getaway. I also loved the location—right in the center of the northern part of the island—making it easy and quick to reach all the sights within 30 minutes. A grocery store and gas station are also nearby. There's also parking on site. The cabin has everything you need for a long, comfortable stay, even sandwich boxes for taking with you on your walks. The bed and mattress were very comfortable; I slept well and nothing disturbed me. Luis and his wonderful mother are very polite and kind, always ready to help with any questions! They helped me with advice, for example, on shopping and sightseeing. And before leaving, we received a treat of homemade cookies, which was a very nice touch. Next time I will definitely stay at this place

It was so comfortable and easy staying at Luís’ property. It was beautiful, well appointed, and in a perfect location. It’s clear he and his family have put a lot of thought into the property. I would advise any of my friends or family who were interesting in visiting Madeira to stay at this property.
