Our stay was great. The apartments are a bit small but extremely cosy. Big backyard was also really nice. Good location close to subway and 30 minutes on foot from city center. Parking places are mostly payed but there are some free spots nearby. Juliana was nice, caring and helpful Thank you!

We were very happy with our stay at the apartment. Everything was as described and shown in the photos.
The landlord met us on the arrival day later than the check-in time, because our flight was in the evening. She had prepared us a charcuterie board with a bunch of different things on it and even a bottle of prosecco, because we mentioned it was our wedding anniversary. She was very sweet and welcoming.
The apartment was very clean, had a lot of towels and a bed set for the couch in case we had visitors. The kitchen had everything we needed too and everything was new and in good condition. A big fridge and a freezer were also very useful. There was an air conditioner, for when it was a bit cold outside. The garden is lovely, and while you don't have a view, you have the benefit of not hearing any noise from the streets. It was mostly very quiet. There was a washing machine and everything you might need for cleaning too. There is also a smart TV in the living room, so that was good too.
The location was great, as it is a little bit out of the very center of the city, so there are not many people around, but you could reach all the main attractions within a twenty minute walk. There is a big supermarket nearby and a small one right around the corner.
The landlord was very helpful and always replied quickly. She helped us immediately if we had any problems and was happy to answer our questions.
Overall, it was a great stay and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Would be very happy to stay here again at some point.

Josefina is a wonderful landlord, very responsive, kind and understanding and the outdoor area of the house is nice to have in the middle of the city. The apartment is small but it’s in a great condition and has been tastefully decorated. The bed is really comfortable and overall, everything you need is there for a good visit to Porto.

Vecindario
The neighborhood is close enough to the parts of Porto you would want to visit as a tourist but the neighborhood itself is quite rundown and noisy. The building is on a busy street with no charm but there are nicer areas within a few blocks of the place itself.
