The apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood with easy access to public transport, supermarkets, the old town, and many restaurants. It is very spacious and well-equipped, suitable for both short and long-term rentals. During our stay, we only experienced one issue, but the Manager responded promptly and resolved it within hours. Diana, the host, was incredibly accommodating; she waited for our late check-in due to a flight delay and promptly answered all our questions.

This is a relatively calm and secure neighborhood, populated by many foreigners, which facilitates communication in the nearby stores. It's also conveniently located near the railway station, making exploring other parts of Czechia easy. Additionally, if you're concerned about noise, you needn't worry you won't get any disturbing noise coming from this station. Also, you are 30 minutes as max walking(you really won't get tired of walking in this city) away to any place you want to visit, even the old town square.

This is a very nice place to stay. And a very nice neighborhood. The owners were very helpful.
. There is a couple things I’ve noticed about the apartment that I’m going to mention .. There is a bit of a smell. Coming up from the shower drain (But only If you do not use the shower for a day or 2 ), I’m assuming has to do with a P-trap not being installed properly (or not at all), but has nothing to do with the landlord, and more to do with the mechanicals of the building.. I noticed this when I went to Germany for several days and then returned , and also as just as I moved into the place ..However, but as long as there is daily water going down the drain, there is no smell…. And , Also, the vent for the stove is on a stainless steel drawer that you pull out. And then the fan comes on ……and I noticed that someone probably must not have known this ,and steamed the cabinet above the stove a bit I’m just mentioning this, so it doesn’t happen again. There is no switch. It comes on when you pull it out.. I have 20 years design and building residential spaces and these are the kinds of things I notice… hopefully it is helpful.

The apartment was good, great location. Really close to the Museum metro station, and tram stations. We were not bothered by the trains, as this was our concern due to the apartment being near the central train station.

The apartment is wonderful! The communication with the landlord after moving in is very poor. Do not expect immediate or timely answers to any questions. The documents I was told to sign by Flatio were never presented. Make sure you document everything regarding the condition of the apartment on your own with photos or short video upon move in and out ( the platform does not support large video files).
The apartment itself is beautiful, clean and located in a great area.

You're in a great spot! The neighborhood is clean, quiet with great cafes everywhere. Public transportation is a 2-5 minute walk depending on which you take ...metro or tram.

There are 2 nice parks nearby and it's about a 25 minute walk straight down the main street to the National Museum and Wenceslas Square and the Old City. The metro nearby takes you there in 5 minutes

Nice flat. Amazing location. Apartment looks into the courtyard so it's very quiet. Except for durig my stay in the bar downstairs there were renovations going on during working hours and Saturdays. The renovations seemed to be almost over when I left.

This was our second stay in Balbinova 27. It is a very spacious, well-equipped flat for an extended visit. We love the location, as is close to public transportation and even the main train station. Old Town and the river are within walking distance, as we love to walk. There is a beautiful park one block away.
The only problem we had during this visit was the renovation going on under and beside our apartment. There was very loud drilling and hammering from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM six days a week for several weeks! It certainly detracted from our overall experience. But, we realize the landlord has no control over that. But, it was very disturbing. We will definitely stay there again on future Prague visits.

The apartment was really great. I stayed in Prague for just over 2 months, and the location is amazing. You're just east of the main train station so it's much quieter than being in the core/center, and you're only a 5 minute walk away from Wenceslas square. The metro is within a 5 minute walk as well. Transit system in Prague is great so you can get to anywhere you need to go.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable, nice high ceilings and the rooms are quite large so for the 2 months that I was there you don't feel cramped at all. The bathroom is nice and modern and newly renovated, the kitchen has everything you need. The view from the apartment, just to the left you can see all of downtown Prague.
Communication with Tomas and his local help Viktoria was prompt and had no issues. I highly recommend the apartment to anyone planning to rent/live long term in Prague.

It's quiet, outside of the main square but within 5-10 walk to the main square. All grocery stores and shops are within 10 minute walks. Larger grocery stores are 15-20 minutes by bus. Everything you need is there.

Quick tram ride (or walk) to Náměstí Jiřího z Poděbrad for farmer's market and coffee shops.
Quiet street, building and neighbors.
The furnishings are fully adequate. We were pleased that the bed was larger than it appeared in the listing. The tub shower has excellent water pressure. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Thank you for a wonderful 6 week stay!

The apartment is good in general, you will have all the necessary furniture, even towels and bed sheets, however everything is dirty, even the sofa. There were some dirty clothes in the sofa, that I gave the owner the next day. We used to wash the sofa by ourselves. When I told the owner about this, he promised to call cleaning, but didn’t do it. After few days I asked him again about cleaning and he finally called cleaning few more days later. Anyway, we already did cleaning by ourselves, even washed the sofa.
The stove was not working, owner fixed it on the second day. Light in the fridge was not working, owner promised to bring the new lamp, but didn’t do that. TV remote didn’t work, I told the owner about that, but he didn’t solve this problem.
And the most disturbing thing is computer chair, it was unbelievably old and dirty. It wasn’t represented on the photos on the Flatio.
The apparent is good, but not prepared for guests.

For people who wants to rent that apartment be careful. The apartment itself is quite good.... BUT the attitude of the apartment owner is just terrible. Waiting for a response from the owner can take up to a week. several times in a month, our electricity was cut off and we had to solve this problem ourselves and for our own money. Don't recommend that place 3/10

Huge minus:
The parking place in the underground garage included in the offer was not available. The fee for the above-ground municipal parking was 520 EUR... There was no action from the host to solve the problem...
Big minus:
The double bed is made up of two separate mattresses so there is a hole in the center of the bed.
Minor minuses:
The mattresses are very soft, so if you like hard mattresses you will find it difficult to sleep.
A large part of the wardrobe was occupied by two broken chairs.
No desk to work at.
The ventilation system is quite noisy at night.
Big plus:
The apartment building is very nice and in a good neighborhood. Access to public transport is perfect.
Huge plus:
Large, spacious bathroom to a very high standard.

The flat is very spacious and clean with high ceiling and many windows. Comfortable bed. Moderately equipped kitchen. No microwave or cutting board. Great location to public transportation, shopping, and a beautiful park. Only 2 bath towels provided (no hand towels). Owner never responded to our request for more. The check -out cleaning policy was vague, as we were told to leave the flat "in the same condition as we found it". That meant laundering sheets and towels, which is difficult to do with an an early morning flight! The vacuum cleaner was broken, so my husband fixed it so we could sweep. Overall loved the flat for our month-long stay, but owner was not responsive to needs/requests/questions.

Couple gyms are in 5-10 min walking distance, shopping centre/cinema is also five mins walk. Quiet place, but just 30-40mins by tram or bus, which is basically two minutes away from front door, it is easy to get to the city centre.

Beautiful and quiet apartment in the heart of the city. The location is really superb, as everything is about 15 minutes walking distance. Tomáš was really nice and helpful, he provided us with extra baby equipment swiftly. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The apartment is fully equipped and a very nice place to stay. Very spacious.
My only comment is that I would not call this specific apartment quiet - it is ground floor, and did not seem well insulated to sound. There was noise from being on the ground level, which is to be expected (as the landlord pointed out when I messaged about this concern). You can hear people talking, car doors shutting, garbage removal and street cleaning trucks. But there are also things like two loud sets of doors you can hear loudly when people enter/leave the building, and a school across the street which also generates noise and commotion around the apartment.
For some this may not be a bother or affect them, but I was looking for a very quiet place so the apartment did not meet that criteria for me personally.
If you are not sensitive to noise, I would recommend this place to stay.

Vinohrady has the beautiful Prague buildings, but is much more city like in nature. Bigger busier streets and also a much more residential feeling than other parts of Prague.

Pri stahovani do dalsieho bytu sme nakoniec potrebovali zostat o jeden den dlhsie, prenajimatel nam to bez problemov umoznil.

The flat is well designed and has all necessecities. The washing mashine and dryer combo is really good, as well as the the sleeping couch for guests and the 2 rooms are very spacious. Downsights are the very dry, hot air once the windows are closed and the bad smell coming from the shower drain due to he house's old pipes.
The host is pretty laissez-faire about everything and not involved -> on the upside you will be left alone, on the other side don't expect the company to be pro-active with any issues or repairs.

The flat is situated dead centrale close to Muzeum, so the public transport options are dream like. Even by foot you are quickly anywhere in Vinohrady or Zizkov. Options for Shopping and most services are in the immediate proximity and Riegrovy Sady, a nice public park, is also right there. The neighbourhood is extremely safe and beautiful.

Masito is imho Prague's best restaurant and Everst offers fantastic cuisine. Metro stations Mustek and Muzeum Albert shops are good grocery options as well as the Lidl at Churchill. Day Fergueson in Manesova is a good ENglish speaking hair saloon. All the beautiful spots of Vinohrady are fairly close e.g. haleckovy sady, riegrovy sady, namesti miru, i.p. pavlova's farmer market and vavclavske namesti.

Landlord was trying to extort me for 5000KC in "deposit" upon handing over the appartment. When asked why are they doing this since flatio is widely advertised as "no deposit" deal, he replied that "advertisments and reality are not always the same". Absolutely despicable and illegal. If you are used to any sort of normal customer service, forget about it.
Appartment is super overpriced, they havent even left one paper towel or basic kitchen things like for washing dishes, no toilet paper, the towels smelled like they've been in there forever. General condition of the appartment is just barely ok, many stains on the walls etc. smells like cigarettes inside.
In front of this building there is low income housing which will keep you up from 5 AM and make you concerned to leave the house after dark. Police interventions every weekend because of loud fights between the tenants across the street. Location is very poor.
The TV fell out of the wall on the second day of my stay and the landlord never bothered to even come check what happened, ended up laying on the floor and blocking the room for my whole stay which is just really poor customer service.
All in all, total scam, never again.
Flatio was trying to be helpful during all these issues and tried their best, but resulted in nothing more than nice emails - in the end I had to deal with the stuff myself as they have some deal with this landlord and they rather do business with them than with me.

Hell no, take something closer on the main streets like Delnicka if you want to be in Holesovice, this is terrible. They advertise as "close to the river" but the bank of the river is mostly homeless people and police chasing them around.

The apartment was not well cleaned and there was a web in the corners and the terrace was frankly dirty, during our stay, we were 2 days without hot water, and on the last week of our stay, the bathroom started to leak, but it took several days for the master to come, but we have already left by the moment.

Byt a koupelna byla cista. Kuchyn mela minimalni zakladni vybaveni vse celkem funkcni, chybi vsak prkenko na krajeni. Co se tyce moznosti uklidu, museli jsme pozadat o mop a kbelik, protoze v byte byla jen lopatka, smetacek a vysavac u ktereho by bylo treba vymenit filtr.
Velkoplosna televize Samsung byla pouzitelne az po tydnu, protoze kabelove pripokeni k T-Mobile bylo nefunkci a komunikace s majitelem trvala nekolik dni, po te byl dodan DVBT-2 dekoder.

Everything was great - the flat is brand new and very well equipped. We lived there for 1.5 months and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was that the landlord was not able to provide us with a second set of keys during this time. I would stay here again happily :)

It was a beautiful flat in a safe, quite area. What are the best pluses of living in such flat are safe doors and keys, washing and drying machine, big windows.

Although it was a nice apartment I didn't reach an agreement with the landlord due to the situation of emergency in the country, which forced me to go back home. I had to pay the rent worth of 2 months after only staying for 2 weeks. The landlord didn't even want to hear about an in-between solution for both of us, so I wouldn't recommend renting this flat after such a disastrous experience.
Otherwise I enjoyed living there. The fact that 4 people have to share the same room can be hard, but it's ok as long as you are aware of this. The apartment is in the centre which is very convenient.

The location can't be beat. Very cooperative and responsive staff; they provided items missing from the kitchen when asked.
This apartment has a bit of noise at night from the bar right below the bedroom. I went to bed quite late and the noise doesn't last much beyond midnight, so for me it wasn't a big problem.
The shower is first class and all the appliances work. I could stay there again.

The flat was very homely and the location is excellent, we had some issue with the tap in the bathroom, which was leaking quite a lot and we could not use it for most of our stay.
The landord was notified and sent plumbers in, but after a few tries they gave up trying to fix the leak, so we had to shut the water in the bathroom sink, which was a bit inconvenient.

Přes levné vybavení a absenci klimatizace, nebo alespoň lepšího stínění, by díky moderní novostavbě s parkováním a dobré dopravní dostupnosti mohlo jít o zajímavé krátkodobé bydlení. The whole building is owned by a rental agency (VisitInPrague). We had to deal with multiple people in order to address concerns, and although our issues were addressed immediately (the next day), I feel as though for the money we spent we should not have had these issues in the first place. A washer was supposed to be in the unit but was not (they did fix this, however). Window shades did not work, a doorframe was literally falling off, etc. Also, people smoked marijuana in the courtyard which wafted into our windows, and I was told by the landlord that it was "impossible for the smell to travel upwards" but my entire family begged to differ. The building is next to a CBD club and a gentleman's club. Otherwise, location was fine - near the metro station and downtown, easy walk to both. The beds were probably the most comfortable we have stayed in in any rented apartment we have ever had, and although we had to deal with multiple people, everyone we spoke with from the company was kind and helped make sure our concerns were heard and addressed.

Beautiful accomodation, in very good state, with many fittings. Welcoming and nice staff however 3 remarks:

The studio is really cozy and clean with a spacious bathroom. The kitchen has all the necessary items. Communication went smoothly. The nearest store 15 minutes away (walking), which might be a bit uncomfortable for those who do not have a car. However, the tram station is 1 minute away, making it easy to get to the center.
