A beautiful spacious apartment with fresh design in a quiet street but only few steps from the city centre - the National Muzeum is only 5min walking, the Old Town up to 10 minutes or 2 stops by metro. Perfect for up to 4 people.
The apartment is brand new and you will have anything you need for your stay - either a short term or even a long term - the apartment is fully equipped. There are all the kitchen utilities, stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing things, towels and sheets are provided as well. Also a coffee machine, kettle and a toaster.
WIFI for free of charge.
There is one separate bedroom with a double bed and two closets, the living room and kitchen is one big room equipped with dining table and chairs, and also a pulled out sofa that works as another double bed.
Morover, there is a technical room with a washing machine and ironing utilities. Bathroom consists of a toilet, bath and two washbasins.
We can also arrange a baby cot.
Parking place in the garage at the nearby street Španělská can be booked via mr.parkit.

Elevator is in the middle floor so every floor is with few steps.
The apartment is located in a quiet and safe Balbinova Street, just 1.4 km from the Astronomical Clock and 1.5 km from the Old Town Square. The airport Vaclav Havel Prague Airport is 15 km from the property.
Prague 2 is a great choice for guests interested in architecture, sights, walks, a wide selection of restaurants and bistros. Beautiful park Riegerovy sady is few steps from the apartment. It is only 300 meters from the National Museum, Wenceslas Square is 600 meters away. You can also use the tram lines 11 and 13 in the direction of Muzeum, or I Pavlova or Flora, and also a handy bus No.135 /station: Na Smetance/ direction to Florenc or náměstí Míru /within 5 minutes.
Upon handing over the 2nd bundle of keys, a security deposit of € 200 / CZK 5,000 / is required against the document to cover any loss or destruction or exchange of keys. The deposit is then returned at the end of the rental period and the return of the same number of keys.

La forma de cancelar una reserva varía en función de la fase en la que esta se encuentre.
¿Tu solicitud de reserva sigue esperando la aprobación del propietario? En ese caso, ¡solo tienes que anularla directamente desde tu aplicación web Mi vivienda!
Sin embargo, supongamos que el propietario ya ha aprobado tu solicitud de reserva y tú ya no estás interesado en ella. En ese caso, aún puedes cancelar la reserva antes de firmar el contrato de alquiler. Pero ten en cuenta que solo debes hacerlo en casos imprescindibles. Porque cuando el propietario acepta tu reserva, su alojamiento deja de anunciarse, y puede perder la oportunidad de alquilarlo a otra persona.
¿Tienes una reserva aprobada y también un contrato válido? Para cancelar tu reserva, ponte en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente de Flatio con suficiente antelación al inicio de tu contrato (el tiempo y el importe concretos de la devolución dependen del tipo de política de cancelación).

Pasadas 48 horas, tienes derecho al reembolso de la tarifa de servicio en forma de "vale" equivalente al total de la tarifa de servicio que abonaste. El vale lo puedes utilizar en tu próxima reserva y tiene una validez de 12 meses. Si la tarifa de servicio de tu próxima reserva es inferior al importe del vale, te emitiremos uno nuevo por la cantidad restante, válido también durante 12 meses.

Communication with the landlord was also poor, especially when dealing with these simple to fix issues. The potential for this place is amazing, but it falls short due to these issues. It’s a shame, because we couldn't get enough of the amazing area.

Diana, the host, was incredibly accommodating; she waited for our late check-in due to a flight delay and promptly answered all our questions.

It's also conveniently located near the railway station, making exploring other parts of Czechia easy. Additionally, if you're concerned about noise, you needn't worry you won't get any disturbing noise coming from this station. Also, you are 30 minutes as max walking(you really won't get tired of walking in this city) away to any place you want to visit, even the old town square.

My only comment is that I would not call this specific apartment quiet - it is ground floor, and did not seem well insulated to sound. There was noise from being on the ground level, which is to be expected (as the landlord pointed out when I messaged about this concern). You can hear people talking, car doors shutting, garbage removal and street cleaning trucks. But there are also things like two loud sets of doors you can hear loudly when people enter/leave the building, and a school across the street which also generates noise and commotion around the apartment.
For some this may not be a bother or affect them, but I was looking for a very quiet place so the apartment did not meet that criteria for me personally.
If you are not sensitive to noise, I would recommend this place to stay.
