The owner, Sara, is very helpful, responsive and kind. It was a pleasure to interact with her. The apartment is very well furnished with everything you need for your short- or long-term stay. The kitchen is great, large enough for two people to cook in and is well stocked with all kinds of dishes, pots, and other useful items. The location can't be beat for exploring the sights of Budapest; public transportation, the Spar grocery store, cafes, restaurants are all within easy walking distance. Try Pesti Chutney, an Indian restaurant on Brody Sandor street! The Central Market, our favorite market in the city, is only two tram stops away. It is one of the best places to shop not only for groceries but also for gifts, clothing and interesting products. Sara's apartment is a great place to stay for any length of time!“

Sara is a very nice person, however, in the very beginning we faced certain challenges - we were placed in a different apartment for three weeks because the one we rented was occupied. This was a quite stressful experience since we did not expect such changes. The apartment we were placed in was not as good as the one we intended to rent, and the price was not adjusted. Once we finally moved into this apartment it was nice, quite cozy and enjoyable, however a little but cluttered, and the construction and neighbour noise was not pleasant sometimes. The location is nice, and the overall impression is good despite some problems.

Nice, easy to navigate, somewhat dirty but the whole city is like that. The neighbourhood can be considered prestigious.

The 5 month stay in this apartment has been exellent. The flat is beautiful and personal with all the nesessary items for youf daily life. The location is a dream in a good neighborhood, other residents of the house are friendly and quiet at evening and night. The landlady Sara C. is kind and reliable person who has helped us with everything we have needed.
