The room is lovely, well-furnished and bright. All the rooms are clean, and the bathroom is even cleaned regularly by the cleaning staff. The kitchen is spacious and very well-equipped. The tram makes getting into town very easy.

Very clean and comfortable room. I had no issues with the flat itself. The only negative aspect was the aircraft noise, which could be quite disruptive since the apartment is located near the airport.

The room was very nice and spacious. There was also a wardrobe, which is not shown in the current photos (and this was the only thing I thought I would be missing before moving in).

The kitchen is spacious and modern. Some kitchenware was worn out and there were only a few spoons, but upon our request, the owner provided new items. So currently it is well equipped.

The owner is a nice person, and it was a pleasure to communicate with him. He helped resolve some issues that arose during my stay, although I have to say that it sometimes took a bit of time. However, there was nothing critical.

There is also a cleaning service for the shared spaces, but during my stay it took place every 3–4 weeks (although it was supposed to take place more often), so the cleanliness of the shared areas depends largely on the tenants, especially in the kitchen. During most of my stay, we managed to maintain a good level of cleanliness.

I would strongly recommend communicating with the other tenants (we created a group chat for this purpose), as it helps to resolve issues more easily (like e.g. removing expired nobody's food from the kitchen).

To summarize, I liked this place very much and felt at home during the five months of my stay. And the other tenants were really nice people. If I stay in Prague again in the future, I would choose this house again :)

The house is on the outskirts of Prague, so it takes around 20–30 minutes to get to the city centre by tram. However, it’s very close to a tram stop (3–4-minute walk), and the trams run very frequently. There are also night trams that run every 30 minutes. The closest supermarkets are Kaufland (2 tram stops away or a 15–20-minute walk) and Lidl (around a 15-minute walk).

The room was spacious and very nicely set up for move in. The landlord was extremely helpful and responsive.

It’s a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. There are parks and lots of places to walk. There’s two stores near the house which is very convenient and the tram stop is just a few minutes walk.

Ondrej was always ready to help and the accommodation was exactly as he described it. It would have been nice though if the cleaning lady came more often, since we were 6 people in the house and sometimes she wouldn't come for more than 3 weeks.

I stayed for three months and it was a good experience. If you do not mind being a bit far from the city center (30 min by tram) this is a great deal for you. The tram is 4 min. walking from the apartment. It is located in a residential zone (Bila hora) which is quiet and nice. Lidl is 15 min. walking or you can take a bus and it is 2 stops away. Towels and bedsheets are provided and the bedroom is always at the right temperature (I stayed in wintertime and it was not cold). If any problem came up Ondrej was always there to fix it.

The room was very cosy and comfortable. The family house is spacious and has all the amenities needed. The landlord was accommodating, kind and responded almost immediately to any inquiry.

The house was clean and it was really quiete.
The neighbourhood is very safe, parking space is enough in the street or nearbye. The tram is very near and goes every 5 minutes to the center, which is really good.
Sometimes the kitchen was really dirty, but this depended on the people living in the house. Most of the time it was clean, but the first month I lived there and the last two month I was there it was really dirty.
The landlord is very nice and caring and if you have any problems he solved it really fast.

The owner was very responsible, helpful and nice. He always communicated quickly and clearly and was willing to help whenever needed. The room is spacious, modern, cosy and the whole house is super clean and in a very calm and nice location. The public transport stop is only 3mins walk. Great place for short-medium-term stay (2-6 months)
A good room that satisfies most of your needs, furnished common areas.
Great public transportation point. Quiet and a bit on the outskirts of Prague.
Good price (at least at the time of this review)
The owner can help a bit and is overall a good man, with no problems or sudden inventions.
I couldn’t satisfy some part of the clean-freak for common areas inside me.
I was 11 months there, and a few acquaintances stayed for 2+ years.

This is a really lovely house in a calm area close to a big forest. It takes a little time to get to the city center, but with public transport it's easy. The owner is friendly and easy to get in touch with.

The Landlord was very cordial, understanding and easy to reach. He made sure to have a document ready answering most of the questions I might have as well as recommendations, groceries, restaurants, etc which is very thoughtful. The house looks exactly as described and he was opened to visits on top of the available 3D tour.

The house and the room are very well equipped with everything. The kitchen is huge and the bathroom is quite good. Then the room is quite spacious and very well decorated. The landlord is very friendly and attends to you at all times in case you need anything. It is very well connected and there are trams and buses a 3-minute walk away. I really liked my stay there.
The only bad thing I would say is that you can hear the neighbors next door making noise, but otherwise everything is great.

The pros:
The house decor and furniture is great for those not able to provide it (students, trainees). The kitchen has a lot of space, and the terrace is great for social events.
The cons:
My room was a low in natural light (north facing), and the neighbours are just insufferable. Every day they take a shower and use the faucet at 5:30 am or so, but the walls are really thin and you can hear them very well. Sometimes they party in the middle of the week until late midnight or even 2 am, and they will knock on your wall if you have a party after 10 pm on a saturday night, in the weekend. No explanation to that.

Far away, but very residential and family-friendly, meaning you will see a lot of families and to go in the center means about an hour of transit.

Good place to stay, rooms are nice, clean and in very good condition. Kitchen is big and there’s nothing missing in everyday cooking. The Landlord is kind and understanding, good communication in english. Neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet (during the night too). Good public transport, especially to the city center - 20mins by direct tram, and there is also a night tram. A lot of greenery and parks around.

The accommodation is great. The whole house has recently been refurbished so everything is quite nice and new. The room is big and due to its south elevation extremely sunny. It also comes with everything you need like towels, bedsheets etc. The house offers a huge kitchen as well, with appliances and utensils which everyone can use. The landlord was extremely polite and helpful, a pleasure to communicate with.

The neighbourhood is quite calm. There is a lot of public transport in the vicinity, mainly trams and busses, which offer quick connections to the city centre as well as the airport. There is a Lidl and a Kaufland 5 minutes away from the house and the Ferrari dealership is also in the neighbourhood which is a win for me!
