Ofrecemos habitaciones en una casa de familia con jardín en una zona segura y tranquila. Perfecto para jóvenes trabajando en Praga o estudiantes que pueden apreciar la paz y la comodidad de una casa bien amueblada y que sienten que su propio apartamento puede ser demasiado grande para ellos.
Esta habitación en la primera planta con una ventana a un jardín tranquilo está totalmente amueblada, hay una mesa de altura ajustable, una silla de oficina y un armario amplio con un gran espejo. La cama se puede extender en una cama doble.

La casa contiene 6 habitaciones listas para alojarse, y son alquilados por separado. En cada piso hay dos habitaciones que cuentan con baño y aseo compartidos. Aunque la casa es compartida por más personas, está diseñada para ofrecer la máxima privacidad.
Para toda la casa hay una gran cocina totalmente equipada en el primer piso, una terraza en el segundo piso con vista muy bonita y un jardín detrás de la casa. Hay wi-fi, lavadora, plancha y otro equipo que puedes necesitar para vivir aquí.
El coche se puede aparcar en la calle. El aeropuerto está a 15 minutos por un coche, y la parada de tranvía (con tranvías nocturnos) está a 4 minutos a pie.

La forma de cancelar una reserva varía en función de la fase en la que esta se encuentre.
¿Tu solicitud de reserva sigue esperando la aprobación del propietario? En ese caso, ¡solo tienes que anularla directamente desde tu aplicación web Mi vivienda!
Sin embargo, supongamos que el propietario ya ha aprobado tu solicitud de reserva y tú ya no estás interesado en ella. En ese caso, aún puedes cancelar la reserva antes de firmar el contrato de alquiler. Pero ten en cuenta que solo debes hacerlo en casos imprescindibles. Porque cuando el propietario acepta tu reserva, su alojamiento deja de anunciarse, y puede perder la oportunidad de alquilarlo a otra persona.

Ondrej was always ready to help and the accommodation was exactly as he described it. It would have been nice though if the cleaning lady came more often, since we were 6 people in the house and sometimes she wouldn't come for more than 3 weeks.

The house was clean and it was really quiete.
The neighbourhood is very safe, parking space is enough in the street or nearbye. The tram is very near and goes every 5 minutes to the center, which is really good.
Sometimes the kitchen was really dirty, but this depended on the people living in the house. Most of the time it was clean, but the first month I lived there and the last two month I was there it was really dirty.
The landlord is very nice and caring and if you have any problems he solved it really fast.
