Tibor is a great host, very communicative, quick to respond to any questions and he does everything to make the tenant feel at home. The apartment is just like in the pictures. It hasn't been renovated in some time so it does have a few quirks and imperfections. The sofabed is more like a folded mattress, although quite comfortable. The apartment was mostly clean when we moved in, although in need of a sightly deeper cleaning in harder to reach areas. The neighborhood and the building is surprisingly quiet in our experience. The apartment faces the inner courtyard, which is unfortunate in the wintertime (lack of light) but probably great in the summer.
Overall we had a lovely stay in Tibor's apartment and we can wholeheartedly recommend it!

Absolutely amazing flat, host, and location. Close to everything, easy access to Bolt taxis and Bubi (bikeshare). Tibor was so accommodating with all our requests, even brought us a brand new hair dryer without us asking, and came by right away to help us when we had some problems with the stove. Can’t recommend this flat enough, great value for price!

Tibor was truly kind and caring landlord, open to solve any problem.

Nice road and square full of trees very close to public transport. Sometimes one can meet homeless people in the neighbourhood but nothing harmfull ever happened.

No complaints. Very friendly and helpful during the very few times and there was a problem. Easy to work with.
