The house had many structural problems, it needs some renovations.
The landlord always handed what we asked for, but in the end it was difficult to correct some troubles with the house. The people that came to fix something don't speak english so it was difficult to understand them. The building of the house didn't get clean over 3 months and need some repairs.
But overall the landlord did very weel her job!

Vecindario
It is a very safe place even at the night.
The exception is at fridays and saturdays when orion music club opens. In these days at night a lot of fights happen and police often comes

The apartment was what we needed, very spacious. Super cheap and a good area to live in, if you aren't too anxious. You wouldn't want to live here if you were a family or just easily disturbed by noise. But it worked for us. Zuzana was an alright but at times difficult landlady. Sometimes she made up for it when broken things in the apartment were fixed quickly but at other times she was unreliable and unresponsive

Vecindario
People talk shit about Žižkov which is mostly based on stereotypes. It might not be the safest neighborhood compared to others, and the club downstairs from the apartment is completely out of control at times. But it's very down to earth generally, not uncomfortable at all and is in between all the good places. Žižkov itself has a lot of good spots that aren't ruined by tourism yet which is why it's worth living there

Sprchový kout a stoly špinavé, koberce nevyluxované. V bytě byl hodně slyšet noční klub z přízemí, který hrál v pátek a sobotu do ~4 ráno. Jinak lokace bytu perfektní, na ulici klid. 2 pokoje byly útulné. Komunikace s majitelem dobrá, na požádání přinesl novou žehličku.
