The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The view of Prague Castle and Petřín from the terrace was breathtaking. Thanks to several radiators, the apartment was great to heat during the colder months. Everything needed for daily life is nearby, including a supermarket, a shopping center, a pharmacy, a metro and several tram stations. The communication with Dita was excellent. She always responded quickly and found solutions to any problems. Overall, I was very satisfied with the apartment and can highly recommend it!

The apartment location is just perfect. It is far away enough from the noisy center yet a 10-15 min tram or metro ride away from all major attractions. The apartment is tastefully decorated, private with an amazing unobstructed view from the patio overlooking Prague castle and a beautiful church nearby. There is also a large shopping mall with a big Tesco inside where you can buy all needs. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances along with all sorts of condiments. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom is marvelous with a rainforest shower. I genuinely do not have anything negative to say about my stay at Dora’s apartment. I will definitely be looking to stay there again on future trips to the area!

I am very satisfied with my stay; the apartment is quiet, the bed is comfortable, and the view from the terrace is great. I have no complaints at all. The owner, Dita, is very friendly and always easy to communicate with. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Dita is a wonderful host. It is the second time that I have stayed at her apartment and I would definitely stay there again the future. The apartment has everything that you could need, is in a lovely neighborhood and a nice walk away from Prague centre. Dita is very responsive and attentive. Highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment in a great area. Perfect if you are staying in Prague alone or even as a couple. The apartment is a little small but everything is newly renovated with all new appliances, and the space is used well. No AC so it can get very hot in the summer, however the landlord provided a large fan which made things comfortable. Dita was helpful and easy to get in touch with. I look forward to staying here again.

I rented an apartment from Dita and it was fantastic! The place was cozy and had everything I needed. But the best part? The terrace had the most amazing view of Prague! Notre séjour chez Dita a été absolument formidable. Elle a été très gentille et nous a vraiment bien accueilli avec notre bébé. La terrasse est superbe et l’emplacement parfait. Praha 5 est un très beau quartier et l’appartement est à deux minutes à pied de Andel, une station avec tout les transports en commun, metro, tram et autobus jusqu’à l’aéroport. Je recommande et reviendrai lors de mon prochain séjour à Prague! Merci Dita.

Everything, from beginning to end, was perfect in this apartment, from the apartment itself, the equipment in the apartment and communication with the landlord. The best of all is of course the location of the apartment itself with many restaurants, cafes, shops, public transport within a 5 minute walking distance from the apartment. And of course the apartment is near the river, and the Charles Bridge is only a 20-minute walk away. Also, renting an apartment through Flatio is ultra easy and fast, so I would recommend Flatio to anyone.

Wow, the views are simply amazing! Huge terrace, recently renovated, modern furnishings, dishwasher and clothes washer, TV, internet. Everything you need. Super location, a couple of minutes from shopping, metro, tram, bakeries, butcher shops, restaurants. I hope it's available next time we're in Prague. Thank you so much.

The flat is great, perfectly equipped, bright, very comfortable and in an excellent location. It is just a few meters from metro station Anděl — and thus the Nový Smíchov shopping mall — and a few blocks from the Palacký Bridge, from where it is very pleasant to walk to the center of the city. And Dita is a magnificent hostess, always very kind and with very nice gestures! Because of that, I would rent her flat again and I highly recommend it!
