The apartment has an amazing terrace with a fantastic view of Prague Castle, Petrin, and the red Prague rooftops. You can see the golden roof of the National Theatre, Tower Tyn Cathedral and St. Ludmila. This romantic place is ideal for an evening glass of wine.
This spacious flat (35m2 + 30m2 terrace) is located on the 5th floor of a nice building with a lift, situated on a lovely and quiet square with a green park.
The apartment is clean and fully furnished. It offers a new bathroom with shower, hairdryer.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes an induction stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer. A selection of tea, coffee and fresh flowers are waiting for you upon your arrival!

There is a large five stars shopping center Novy Andel nearby with 2 modern cinema complexes, cafes, bars and restaurants. Tesco Supermarket is just across the park and a couple of good restaurants are on the same street. A jazz bar, Jazzdock , featuring the best Czech as well as international jazz musicians is located on the river - only a romantic riverbank stroll away. It's in a great neighborhood, close to the historical center, easy access everywhere, near the river, a the large shopping area, and the French quarter of Prague. You will be within walking distance of The Dancing House (Fred and Ginger), Vyšehrad, historical Malá Strana, National Theatre and much more. It´s a great little apt with a fantastic view.... just far enough away where you can have peace and quiet but close enough to be right in the action.
Metro stations Andel (450m - 5 min walk) and several tram stops - Andel (400m) and Zborovská (190m) are also just a short walk away.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The view of Prague Castle and Petřín from the terrace was breathtaking. Thanks to several radiators, the apartment was great to heat during the colder months. Everything needed for daily life is nearby, including a supermarket, a shopping center, a pharmacy, a metro and several tram stations. The communication with Dita was excellent. She always responded quickly and found solutions to any problems. Overall, I was very satisfied with the apartment and can highly recommend it!

The apartment is tastefully decorated, private with an amazing unobstructed view from the patio overlooking Prague castle and a beautiful church nearby. There is also a large shopping mall with a big Tesco inside where you can buy all needs. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances along with all sorts of condiments. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom is marvelous with a rainforest shower. I genuinely do not have anything negative to say about my stay at Dora’s apartment. I will definitely be looking to stay there again on future trips to the area!

Para reservas de 180 días o más, el propietario exige una fianza reembolsable.

Alquiler proporcional
Estás pagando por la cantidad equivalente de días que se consumieron en un mes completo (mes = 30 días)
Alojamiento compensatorio
En el caso de que te mudes y la vivienda alquilada no coincida con la información de Flatio, ¡háznoslo saber lo antes posible!
Si se cumplen las condiciones para la rescisión y el propietario no puede solucionar el problema inmediatamente, tienes la opción de rescindir el contrato de alquiler con un reembolso íntegro. Además, te ayudaremos activamente a encontrar un alojamiento alternativo y te acompañaremos hasta que todo esté completamente resuelto.

Política de cancelación
Estricta (30 días)
Alquiler
Si cancelas tu reserva 30 o más días antes de entrar, te reembolsaremos por completo el primer alquiler.
Si cancelas tu reserva hasta 14 días antes de entrar, te reembolsaremos un 50% del primer alquiler.
Si cancelas tu reserva menos de 13 días antes de entrar, no te reembolsaremos el primer alquiler.
Tarifa de Servicio
La Tarifa de Servicio es siempre reembolsable.
Si envías un mensaje al equipo de soporte de Flatio solicitando la cancelación de la reserva ("rescisión desde la fecha de inicio") dentro de las 48 horas posteriores a la entrada en vigencia del contrato de arrendamiento, tienes derecho a recuperar la suma íntegra que abonaste por la tarifa de servicio.
Pasadas 48 horas, tienes derecho al reembolso de la tarifa de servicio en forma de "vale" equivalente al total de la tarifa de servicio que abonaste. El vale lo puedes utilizar en tu próxima reserva y tiene una validez de 12 meses. Si la tarifa de servicio de tu próxima reserva es inferior al importe del vale, te emitiremos uno nuevo por la cantidad restante, válido también durante 12 meses.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The view of Prague Castle and Petřín from the terrace was breathtaking. Thanks to several radiators, the apartment was great to heat during the colder months. Everything needed for daily life is nearby, including a supermarket, a shopping center, a pharmacy, a metro and several tram stations. The communication with Dita was excellent. She always responded quickly and found solutions to any problems. Overall, I was very satisfied with the apartment and can highly recommend it!

There is also a large shopping mall with a big Tesco inside where you can buy all needs. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances along with all sorts of condiments. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom is marvelous with a rainforest shower. I genuinely do not have anything negative to say about my stay at Dora’s apartment. I will definitely be looking to stay there again on future trips to the area!
