Cristina is a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment is amazing sea view and airport 'airport not noisy'. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We have spent two weeks the apartment.

The neighbourhood is about a 25 minute walk into Funchal. In the local area, there is a small supermarket and two fabulous bakeries. A larger supermarket can be found a 2 minute drive away.

Cristina could not have been more friendly and helpful and the apartment was great. The apartment was very clean, had all the amenities, and a beautiful view from the balcony. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, and the market right next door was convenient for food. I stayed for 3 weeks and greatly enjoyed this rental.

Vecindario
It is a very local neighborhood and does not feel touristy at all. The two cafes right next door were filled with locals most evenings, and it seemed a very lively area without being too loud. A market, pharmacy, and two cafes are all next door, and there are a couple restaurants in the area.
