A Unique Building
The apartment is located in a distinctive brick building with a unique atmosphere and original features preserved in the communal areas. The building was designed by architect O. Tyl, who is also associated with the design of the Veletržní Palace.
Vršovice
A great choice if you want to be close to the city centre without staying right in the middle of the tourist crowds. The Bohemians – Ďolíček football stadium is just a few steps away, while the surrounding area offers cafés, bistros, restaurants, shops, local services and parks. For coffee, you can try Café Jen, Antonínovo Pekařství or ToneCafe. The nearby Heroldovy Sady park is perfect for a walk, while Eden Shopping Centre is convenient for larger shopping trips.

Ahoj, jmenuji se Andrea, je mi 41 let a pracuji v softwarové společnosti. Bydlím ve Vršovicích, jen kousek od bytu, který nabízím k pronájmu. Díky tomu jsem nájemníkům snadno dostupná a ráda pomohu s čímkoliv, co bude během bydlení potřeba. Mluvím také anglicky, takže komunikace v češtině i angličtině není žádný problém. Byt aktuálně prochází renovací a oproti fotografiím, které jsou nyní k dispozici, bude vybaven novým nábytkem. Součástí vybavení bude také velká manželská postel a pohodlný pracovní stůl se židlí, takže je byt ideální nejen pro pohodlné bydlení, ale i pro práci z domova. Samotný dům nabízí několik příjemných benefitů. Přímo v budově se nachází obchod s potravinami, k dispozici je také soukromá posilovna (za poplatek) a klidný, udržovaný vnitroblok, který poskytuje příjemné místo k odpočinku mimo ruch velkoměsta. Záleží mi na tom, aby se moji nájemníci cítili v bytě příjemně a opravdu jako doma. La forma de cancelar una reserva varía en función de la fase en la que esta se encuentre.
¿Tu solicitud de reserva sigue esperando la aprobación del propietario? En ese caso, ¡solo tienes que anularla directamente desde tu aplicación web Mi vivienda!
Sin embargo, supongamos que el propietario ya ha aprobado tu solicitud de reserva y tú ya no estás interesado en ella. En ese caso, aún puedes cancelar la reserva antes de firmar el contrato de alquiler. Pero ten en cuenta que solo debes hacerlo en casos imprescindibles. Porque cuando el propietario acepta tu reserva, su alojamiento deja de anunciarse, y puede perder la oportunidad de alquilarlo a otra persona.

Loved my stay here! The room is bright and spacious with a high ceiling, the bed is big and so comfortable, and the kitchen is adorable. The host was very warm, attentive, and quick to help with anything I needed. Buses and trams stop right in front of the building, so getting around the city is easy. Highly recommended!
