Die Wohnung ist super und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Ich wohnte dort für 7 Wochen mit meiner Freundin und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und versuchen alles möglich zu machen, was der Mieter wünscht.
Bei unserer Ankunft hatten uns die Vermieter Essen, Getränke und Gewürze bereitgestellt. Auch Wasch- und Putzmittel waren vorhanden.
Leider mussten wir früher abreisen, das war allerdings für die Vermieter kein Problem und wir konnten den Vertrag vorzeitig kündigen.
Die Vermieterin spricht sehr gut deutsch und war bei jeder Nachricht bzw. jedem Telefonat sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Die Wohnung sah bei unserer Ankunft genauso aus wie auf den Fotos.
Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, von hier aus fährt an Wochentagen alle 3 Minuten ein Bus. So erreicht man die Innenstadt innerhalb von 20 Minuten.
Zu Fuß kann man das Donauufer in ungefähr 15 Minuten erreichen.
Besonders für Studenten der VŠEMVS und der Ekonomická univerzita ist die Wohnung aufgrund der Lage bestens geeignet.

I lived there for 7 weeks with my girlfriend and we were very happy with the apartment. The landlords are very nice and try to make everything possible that the tenant wants.
When we arrived, the landlords had provided us with food, drinks and spices. Washing and cleaning agents were also available.
Unfortunately we had to leave earlier, but that was no problem for the landlords and we could cancel the contract early.
The landlady speaks German very well and was very nice and courteous on every phone call or message.
When we arrived, the apartment looked exactly like the photos.
There is a bus stop directly in front of the house, from here a bus leaves every 3 minutes on weekdays. This way you can reach the city centre within 20 minutes.
The Danube bank can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
Especially for students of VŠEMVS and Ekonomická univerzita the apartment is very suitable due to its location.

The apartment looked just like on the pictures. As I stayed for 5 months, it was very important that it was fully equipped - a fact which I really liked about the apartment. It was freshly renovated and very clean. The equipment was also clean and functioning. I especially liked the guide that the landlord prepared. It contains information on bus, shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. So, it provides you with all the important information you need in order to get started in Bratislava. And if there is something not mentioned or you have any other questions, the landlord is very nice and helpful and answers all your questions. A slightly negative aspect is that you sometimes can hear your neighbours vacuum cleaning or slamming the door, but that is due to the construction of the building and quite normal in such a big house. But on the other side, the best aspect of the apartment is its location. I absolutely liked the fact that there is a bus stop right in front of the house. If you don't have a car and need to shop groceries, you can just hop on the bus, take 3 stations, hop off and you are directly in front of a Lidl - shopping made easy without a car! The university is also only a 2-stop bus ride or a 10-15 minutes walk away from the apartment, so it's perfect for students of the University of Economics.
All in all, I really enjoyed my stay there and can only recommend to book this lovely apartment.

Bydlení mohu jen doporučit! A to z důvodů klidné lokality s přírodou, příjemných sousedů, ale především z bytu samotného a chování jeho majitele. V bytě bylo vše potřebné od jídelního nádobí až po žehlící prkno. Majitel nám tam nechal k používání kávu, čaje, základní dochucovadla... Pan Dobeš s celou rodinou jsou velmi milí, vstřícní a ochotní. Pokud hledáte ubytování pro jednu až dvě osoby v klidné části města s docházkovou vzdáleností ke všemu potřebnému, doporučuji tento byt všema deseti! :)

Bydlení mohu jen doporučit! A to z důvodů klidné lokality s přírodou, příjemných sousedů, ale především z bytu samotného a chování jeho majitele. V bytě bylo vše potřebné od jídelního nádobí až po žehlící prkno. Majitel nám tam nechal k používání kávu, čaje, základní dochucovadla... Pan Dobeš s celou rodinou jsou velmi milí, vstřícní a ochotní. Pokud hledáte ubytování pro jednu až dvě osoby v klidné části města s docházkovou vzdáleností ke všemu potřebnému, doporučuji tento byt všema deseti! :)

En Flatio, tienes una variedad de métodos de pago para elegir. Puedes utilizar tu tarjeta, sistema de pago o transferencia bancaria. Simplemente elige el que más te convenga.
La forma de cancelar una reserva varía en función de la fase en la que esta se encuentre.
¿Tu solicitud de reserva sigue esperando la aprobación del propietario? En ese caso, ¡solo tienes que anularla directamente desde tu aplicación web Mi vivienda!
Sin embargo, supongamos que el propietario ya ha aprobado tu solicitud de reserva y tú ya no estás interesado en ella. En ese caso, aún puedes cancelar la reserva antes de firmar el contrato de alquiler. Pero ten en cuenta que solo debes hacerlo en casos imprescindibles. Porque cuando el propietario acepta tu reserva, su alojamiento deja de anunciarse, y puede perder la oportunidad de alquilarlo a otra persona.
¿Tienes una reserva aprobada y también un contrato válido? Para cancelar tu reserva, ponte en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente de Flatio con suficiente antelación al inicio de tu contrato (el tiempo y el importe concretos de la devolución dependen del tipo de política de cancelación).

Contrato en línea en tu idioma. La base es un contrato celebrado en el idioma del lugar del alquiler, pero este siempre se traduce al inglés y a los idiomas más utilizados. El contrato se firma siempre en línea, por lo que lo puedes celebrar estés donde estés.

Garantía de presentación fiel del apartamento. Con Flatio, puedes estar seguro de que el apartamento es exactamente como se presenta. Si, por lo que sea, las condiciones del apartamento no se ajustan a la descripción de la oferta, te reembolsaremos el alquiler y los costes en su totalidad y te daremos 7 noches de habitación de hotel gratis.

Ampliación fácil. ¿Quieres quedarte más tiempo en el apartamento? No hay problema. Si el propietario confirma que el apartamento está disponible, podrás prolongar el contrato en línea. Del mismo modo, se puede rescindir el contrato con un simple aviso de 30 días, también en línea.

Precio todo incluido. La renta incluye todos los servicios, incluidos los consumos y el Wi-Fi, y no se cobran a menos que superen el 15 % de la renta. Esto le ahorra mucho papeleo en el momento de la entrega del apartamento. Si un alojamiento no ofrece Wi-Fi, se indica claramente en la página del anuncio.

Siempre con 30 días de antelación. Tanto si entras al principio como a mitad de mes, el alquiler pagado siempre cubre los 30 días siguientes, . Con Flatio, el "mes" siempre empieza el día que entras y nunca pagarás más de un alquiler al mismo tiempo.

Haz fotos del apartamento. Te recomendamos que hagas fotos que muestren las condiciones reales del apartamento el primer y el último día del alquiler y que nos las envíes. Las fotos, junto con un informe de traspaso firmado, serán de gran ayuda a la hora de lidiar con cualquier situación desagradable que esperamos que no ocurra.

Stay Benefits no se aplicará - Cobertura por fianza
Para reservas de 180 días o más, el propietario exige una fianza reembolsable.
Ten en cuenta que la fianza sustituye completamente al plan Stay Benefits. Por lo tanto, este plan que incluye seguro extra de responsabilidad civil y servicio de asistencia no se aplicará a esta reserva.
No obstante, ten la seguridad de que seguirás estando cubierto por nuestro paquete estándar StayProtection, sólo que con StayBenefits excluido.
Precio medio

Haz una reserva sin obligaciones
Con Flatio, no tendrás que pagar nada hasta que el propietario acepte tu solicitud de reserva y decidas firmar el contrato de alquiler. Así que adelante, haz la solicitud de reserva: ¡es gratis!
Alquiler proporcional
Estás pagando por la cantidad equivalente de días que se consumieron en un mes completo (mes = 30 días)

Política de cancelación
Estricta (30 días)
Alquiler
Si cancelas tu reserva 30 o más días antes de entrar, te reembolsaremos por completo el primer alquiler.
Si cancelas tu reserva hasta 14 días antes de entrar, te reembolsaremos un 50% del primer alquiler.
Si cancelas tu reserva menos de 13 días antes de entrar, no te reembolsaremos el primer alquiler.
Tarifa de Servicio
La Tarifa de Servicio es siempre reembolsable.
Si envías un mensaje al equipo de soporte de Flatio solicitando la cancelación de la reserva ("rescisión desde la fecha de inicio") dentro de las 48 horas posteriores a la entrada en vigencia del contrato de arrendamiento, tienes derecho a recuperar la suma íntegra que abonaste por la tarifa de servicio.
Pasadas 48 horas, tienes derecho al reembolso de la tarifa de servicio en forma de "vale" equivalente al total de la tarifa de servicio que abonaste. El vale lo puedes utilizar en tu próxima reserva y tiene una validez de 12 meses. Si la tarifa de servicio de tu próxima reserva es inferior al importe del vale, te emitiremos uno nuevo por la cantidad restante, válido también durante 12 meses.

The view from the windows is also special, as you only see greenery and not a single other building. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. In summary, I can only report positive things.

Bei unserer Ankunft hatten uns die Vermieter Essen, Getränke und Gewürze bereitgestellt. Auch Wasch- und Putzmittel waren vorhanden.
Leider mussten wir früher abreisen, das war allerdings für die Vermieter kein Problem und wir konnten den Vertrag vorzeitig kündigen.

I lived there for 7 weeks with my girlfriend and we were very happy with the apartment. The landlords are very nice and try to make everything possible that the tenant wants.
When we arrived, the landlords had provided us with food, drinks and spices. Washing and cleaning agents were also available.
Unfortunately we had to leave earlier, but that was no problem for the landlords and we could cancel the contract early.
The landlady speaks German very well and was very nice and courteous on every phone call or message.
When we arrived, the apartment looked exactly like the photos.
There is a bus stop directly in front of the house, from here a bus leaves every 3 minutes on weekdays. This way you can reach the city centre within 20 minutes.
The Danube bank can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
Especially for students of VŠEMVS and Ekonomická univerzita the apartment is very suitable due to its location.

It was freshly renovated and very clean. The equipment was also clean and functioning. I especially liked the guide that the landlord prepared. It contains information on bus, shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. So, it provides you with all the important information you need in order to get started in Bratislava. And if there is something not mentioned or you have any other questions, the landlord is very nice and helpful and answers all your questions. A slightly negative aspect is that you sometimes can hear your neighbours vacuum cleaning or slamming the door, but that is due to the construction of the building and quite normal in such a big house. But on the other side, the best aspect of the apartment is its location. I absolutely liked the fact that there is a bus stop right in front of the house. If you don't have a car and need to shop groceries, you can just hop on the bus, take 3 stations, hop off and you are directly in front of a Lidl - shopping made easy without a car! The university is also only a 2-stop bus ride or a 10-15 minutes walk away from the apartment, so it's perfect for students of the University of Economics.
All in all, I really enjoyed my stay there and can only recommend to book this lovely apartment.

Bydlení mohu jen doporučit! A to z důvodů klidné lokality s přírodou, příjemných sousedů, ale především z bytu samotného a chování jeho majitele. V bytě bylo vše potřebné od jídelního nádobí až po žehlící prkno. Majitel nám tam nechal k používání kávu, čaje, základní dochucovadla... Pan Dobeš s celou rodinou jsou velmi milí, vstřícní a ochotní. Pokud hledáte ubytování pro jednu až dvě osoby v klidné části města s docházkovou vzdáleností ke všemu potřebnému, doporučuji tento byt všema deseti! :)

Krásně zařízený byt, kde nechyběly doplňky a drobnosti, které zpříjemní pobyt. Nachází se hned u zastávky autobusů a kousek od supermarketu. V blízkosti je i lesopark, kde se dá běhat. Majitelé jsou skvělí, maximálně vstřícní. Tento pronájem můžu jen doporučit. Za mě 100%
