The flat is located in a quiet part of Nusle (a borough of Prague). Its location makes it very easy to get to the centre of the city (20 min.) as well as to business centres in Pankrác, Budějovická and Michle by public transport (bus stop Kloboučnická, tram stops Horky, náměstí bratří Synků, Otakarova; metro in I.P.Pavlova or Pankrác or Pražského povstání accessible by tram or bus). If you fancy walking, there are several parks in the walking distance (Havlíčkovy sady, and a little further away Vyšehrad). Nuselská street and náměstí bratří Synků offer numerous shops (Tesco Express, local food store Sklizeno and many others) and restaurants/cafes/fast pizza/kebab places.
The house is 16 years old and in a very good condition, there is a lift. Internet service is provided (WiFi).
The flat - a bedsitter, total 33m2, main room 21 m2, + extra 6m2 balcony - is situated on the 6th floor, the window/balcony view is into a quiet and green inner yard (accessible to tenants).
The flat consists of a hall with an inbuilt shoe rack and wardrobe, bathroom with a toilet, shower, washbasin and washing machine. In the living room/bedroom there is a library, cabinet, bed, sofa, coffee table, carpet, dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge+freezer, cook top, oven, pans, plates, glasses and mugs, cutlery, toaster, electric kettle.
At the balcony there is a small table with chairs.

Por su situación, es muy fácil llegar al centro de la ciudad (20 min.) y a los centros de negocios de Pankrác, Budějovická y Michle en transporte público (parada de autobús Kloboučnická, paradas de tranvía Horky, náměstí bratří Synků, Otakarova; metro en I.P.Pavlova o Pankrác o Pražského povstání accesible en tranvía o autobús). I had a wonderful stay at Lucie's flat. It was very well-located between many different tram stops within a 5-10 minute walking distance and close to the center. The flat itself was spacious and very comfortable with everything needed for an extended stay. There was so much natural light inside, and a lovely view from the balcony, and the area was quiet and pleasant. Lots of cafes, bakeries, and other nice places in the area, and very close to Vršovice for bars and nightlife.
Lucie is a wonderful host—very friendly, flexible, and understanding. She is very helpful with bringing anything you might need for the flat, and went above and beyond to make sure that it was stocked with all necessary things. She also gave great recommendations of places in Prague and other parts of the Czech Republic. I would absolutely recommend staying at her flat!

The Landlord is a charming and caring women who absolutely takes care of everything before you arrive. She was kind enough to inform me of the nearest trams, shops, and markets. Welcomed me with fresh pastries and occasionally checked up to see that I was adjusting to life in CZ. The best treatment came as the pandemic occurred and she voluntarily sent me home-made masks which saved the day during those early months of Covid 19 isolation in CZ. If you want a caring, charming, and all around lovely landlord, look no further than Lucie. I definitely recommend this apartment for short term, long term, students, and all the in-betweens.
