Welcome to The Mountain View Apartment in the friendly village of Murches, Portugal! The unique location between Sintra, Cascais and Lisbon makes your stay an unforgettable experience. The famous Guincho beach is only a few minutes away.
Hiking, surfing, cycling, city tours or simply relaxing by the pool: In your air-conditioned Mountain View flat you can enjoy all this in a relaxed and familiar atmosphere. The flat is located on the 1st floor of a new and modern building.
It has a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, cooker, sink, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine) and a bedroom, as well as a bathroom with shower. The flat is 30 square meters big and has a modern air condition for your full comfort.
A washing machine and a dryer are located in the basement. In the flat you will find your own iron, ironing board and clothesline.
The house is built ecologically and sustainably and offers the highest comfort. Enjoy a coffee in your little private garden or at the pool.
The bus stop to Sintra and Cascais is right outside the front door. In Cascais you can take the train to Lisbon.
We are a friendly German family with a cat and a small dog who would like to share their dream of living in Portugal with you. We offer you a warm family atmosphere and are always ready to help you.
The Mountain View Apartment is located in the typical Portuguese village of Murches between Sintra, Cascais and Lisbon. The famous Guincho beach has a walking distance of 25 minutes (or 10 minutes by bike).
The bus stop directly in front of the house offers you a bus connection to Cascais (10 minutes). In Cascais you can easily take the train to Lisbon (35 minutes). Discover the beautiful old towns of Cascais, Lisbon and Sintra (Unesco World Heritage Site), enjoy life in one of the quaint Portuguese restaurants or bars.

¡Bienvenido a The Mountain View Apartment en el acogedor pueblo de Murches, Portugal! La ubicación única entre Sintra, Cascais y Lisboa hace que su estancia sea una experiencia inolvidable. La famosa playa de Guincho está a sólo unos minutos.
Senderismo, surf, ciclismo, visitas a la ciudad o simplemente relajarse en la piscina: En su apartamento Mountain View con aire acondicionado podrá disfrutar de todo esto en un ambiente relajado y familiar. El piso está situado en la 1ª planta de un edificio nuevo y moderno.
Dispone de un salón-comedor con cocina totalmente equipada (nevera, fogones, fregadero, microondas, hervidor de agua, tostadora, cafetera Nespresso) y un dormitorio, así como de un cuarto de baño con ducha. El piso tiene 30 metros cuadrados y dispone de un moderno aire acondicionado para su total comodidad.
En el sótano hay una lavadora y una secadora. En el piso encontrará su propia plancha, tabla de planchar y tendedero.
La casa está construida de forma ecológica y sostenible y ofrece el máximo confort. Disfrute de un café en su pequeño jardín privado o en la piscina.
La parada de autobús a Sintra y Cascais está justo en la puerta principal. En Cascais se puede coger el tren a Lisboa.
Somos una familia alemana amable con un gato y un perro pequeño que le gustaría compartir su sueño de vivir en Portugal con usted. Le ofrecemos un ambiente cálido y familiar y estamos siempre dispuestos a ayudarle.

La forma de cancelar una reserva varía en función de la fase en la que esta se encuentre.
¿Tu solicitud de reserva sigue esperando la aprobación del propietario? En ese caso, ¡solo tienes que anularla directamente desde tu aplicación web Mi vivienda!
Sin embargo, supongamos que el propietario ya ha aprobado tu solicitud de reserva y tú ya no estás interesado en ella. En ese caso, aún puedes cancelar la reserva antes de firmar el contrato de alquiler. Pero ten en cuenta que solo debes hacerlo en casos imprescindibles. Porque cuando el propietario acepta tu reserva, su alojamiento deja de anunciarse, y puede perder la oportunidad de alquilarlo a otra persona.

Para cancelar tu reserva, ponte en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente de Flatio con suficiente antelación al inicio de tu contrato (el tiempo y el importe concretos de la devolución dependen del tipo de política de cancelación).

We really enjoyed the stay, the apartment has a nice view and is warm, and sunny which is very appreciated during the winter. Ursula is very friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Her family is nice and friendly as well.
There is a nice nature and a beautiful park nearby. On the other hand, you will need to travel by car, bus, or bike to Cascais or Praia de Guincho as there isn't much to do in Murches. But it's just a couple of minutes away.

What is a plus is the bus stop a couple of meters away and the electric bike stands are on the corner. For groups, it could be nice to go play paintball which is 500m away. But we didn't try it.

Communication with the hosts was very good before and during my stay. The flat was clean and as described in the photos. It has what is needed for a stay of a few weeks. The price point is hard to beat for the Cascais area. It is outside of the main centres but it takes about 15 minutes to get to Cascais by bus and the buses are fairly reliable. Personally I would recommend it for a short stay of perhaps up to a few weeks given the location that is outside of the main centres and the fact that you are sharing a house with a family of four.
