The city center is right next door. This spacious and comfortable apartment is located very close to the Farmers' Market (Mercado dos Lavradores) and other tourist attractions, which makes it desirable for those wishing to discover the city on tour.

The property has a maximum capacity of four people, in a double bedroom and a sofa bed available in the living room. In the common spaces of the building, there is a swimming pool, shared by the condominium, where you can enjoy the good weather and sunbathe in the company of friends and family!

From the bedroom, you have access to a nice balcony with pool view, where you can eat your meals or read a book in a relaxing time.

The house has a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

If you want to rent a car, the building has a garage where you can park.


THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
There are several cafes nearby. Most shops, malls, and supermarkets are a ten-minute walk away.

This apartment is close to the Farmers Market, Old Town of Funchal and the Cathedral. From here you can explore on foot the various sights of our beautiful city. (eg Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc ...)


GETTING AROUND
Nevertheless, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the flat. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi on your own in the airport!

There are bus stops nearby to get you to the center of Funchal.

According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.

All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair, and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher, and fire blanket are available in all properties.

Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arranged at an extra, affordable charge. The weekly cleaning and the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables will not be carried out for stays of less than seven nights.

Todos los pisos publicados en Flatio pasan el control de calidad y cumplen la normativa y revisiones impuestas por nuestro equipo. Los propietarios deben ofrecer el piso completamente amueblado y disponer de sábanas y toallas limpias para los nuevos inquilinos.
¿Qué es un alquiler temporal?
Los alquileres temporaler son de 1 a 6 meses. La mayoría de los propietarios alquilan pisos a largo plazo o solo para unos días. Sin Flatio es muy difícil encontrar un alojamiento de corta estancia.
¿Puedo leer el contrato de alquiler antes de hacer la reserva?

Puedes revisar online el contrato de alquiler antes de realizar tu reserva. Después del cierre del contrato estará disponible en la aplicación Mi vivienda.

No hace falta preocuparte por los contratos de alquiler de FLATIO. Nuestros contratos están hechos para evitar cualquier problema. Aunque algunos propietarios requieren un contrato propio, están cambiados según nuestras condiciones.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.

Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
