Our house, a duplex one bedroom house, is part of our site "Páteo das Buganvílias – Vila Marques”, located in the heart of our neighborhood, Campolide. This is a private recently restored villa, with 5 independent houses, all for mid or long term stays like yours. The outside area is common to our five houses, like it used to be in a traditional villa. The yard has a small garden where our guests can enjoy the good weather and sun of Lisbon.
Staying at one of our Vila Marques houses is an unique opportunity to experience living in the heart of a traditional neighborhood, full of life and it's residents, local commerce, restaurants, etc. The downtown is very close, reachable within 15 min by bus or 30/40 min walk (up to Chiado or Rossio, for example) and the neighborhoods around ours are also great to explore. Moving around is quite easy by transports, even to go out of town as there's a train station nearby.
Having an independent house integrated in a shared outside area is the perfect setting to have your privacy but also get to know your neighbors, if you wish to - we have many guests from all over the world that come to live, work or study in Lisbon for a few months or even years.
The house has, at entry level (ground floor), the living room, the open kitchen and one full bathroom. On the upper floor is the bedroom (with two single beds that can be joined to make a large double bed), another full bathroom, a small closet area and a little balcony overlooking the pateo.
The house is fully furnished for a comfortable stay, including AC, good WiFi and cable TV. All bills and legal taxes are included, as well as house linen a weekly cleaning service and any help or maintenance you may need so you don't have to worry about the house, but fully enjoy it!
For guests with a car, it is possible to park in the streets (paid with parking meter) and we have parking spaces in a garage nearby that we can rent for a small additional fee, if needed.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
