It has been recently renewed and refurbished to the highest standard with modern fittings and a stylish interior. There is a modern living area and the kitchen comes fully equipped and fitted with state of the art appliances.

This home has been recently refurbished and redecorated in a charming, modern style, with new furniture and interiors. The living room is located on the first floor and it comes with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, being the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring Oxford. The kitchen is located next to the living area and it comes fully equipped with modern furniture and appliances. It’s ready for guests to be used and it also comes with a cosy dining table comfortably seating 4 guests. On the second floor guests will find the 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a double bed. The home features a clean and neat bathroom with a bathtub located on the second floor. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Set in one of Oxford’s most enviable locations, this home is right in the city centre and has grocery stores and cafes in easy reach. The flat is right smack dab in the middle of the city - the perfect place for exploring the best that Oxford has to offer! Just moments from University buildings, shops, and nightlife, you have Oxford’s amazing culture, restaurants, and entertainment right on your doorstep.

Oxford is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home is in a great location to get around the city and explore on foot or by bus. You’ll also be able to hail a taxi or use Uber to get around.

The home can be a little tricky to find but the check-in guide has a detailed explanation of how to find it. There’s also a phone number to call at any time if you’ll need help locating it. This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. This home is beautifully designed, but is not childproofed. Guests who want to bring younger children should be aware that it may not be suitable for little ones. This home is right in the centre of the city and while it’s safely away from traffic, you can hear the hustle and bustle of the city. The home is surrounded by the sights, sounds, and smells of the cafes, restaurants and bars around it, perfect for those who want exciting things to do right on their doorstep. Because the home is surrounded by cafes and restaurants, you may be able to smell food from these restaurants - not unpleasant, just worth noting for those with a keen sense of smell. The living area could result a little small for full occupancy of 4 guests. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancellation policy).
